Apex HCM has helped us grow our business
Out experience has been fantastic! We can offer additional services that allow us to directly compete with the larger payroll companies.
PROSThe client interface and its ease of use is one of the most important aspects of the platform.
CONSThey could be stronger with API integrations.

I chose Apex because of the overall capabilities they offer to us, the client facing interface, and the fact that they only sell to SBO's. They will never be our competition like some other payroll platforms.

So so software. Support isn't great so don't buy the sales pitch about them being available and responsive.
so so at best. [sensitive content hidden] (my "trainer") was great for the first few months.
PROSSO much more efficient than Accounting CS by [sensitive content hidden]
CONSSupport, lack of built in efile ability, lack or responsiveness from sales/support, the fact that they sold me a product that wasn't built to file the forms in my state
