Most importantly, it saves HR specialists time and of course company money, because the company doesn't purchase unnecessary employee benefits but lets the employees choose themselves. At the end of the month, the company gets one bill for all employee purchases, that's very helpful and time-saving.

There are several technical issues with the platform, but the tech team working quickly to solve all the problems. The change since the start of the platform is tremendous.
