Big change in employee benefits administration and human resources data management

I would recommend it for all middle size and big enterprises if they need a positive impact on employee engagement, budget-saving, time-saving, and relative reduction in employee turnover rate. The best thing is that a lot of our employees work in different countries and this platform helped us to administrate all human resources and benefits questions on one platform. Also to provide benefits to all our employees wherever they are depending on the local suppliers in that country.

PROS

A great platform to help manage the company’s employee benefit packages, giving them more freedom to choose the suppliers and benefits they want. Most importantly, it saves HR specialists time and of course company money, because the company doesn't purchase unnecessary employee benefits but lets the employees choose themselves. At the end of the month, the company gets one bill for all employee purchases, that's very helpful and time-saving.

CONS

There are several technical issues with the platform, but the tech team working quickly to solve all the problems. The change since the start of the platform is tremendous.
