Better interview conversations with Clovers

With Clovers, our hiring teams have more freedom to focus on each candidate conversation without distractions. And we’ve loved having video recordings and interview transcripts to refer back to when we’re making hiring decisions. It makes the decision-making process much easier for everyone.

PROS

Clovers has transformed our hiring process! Ever since we started using the video interview tools, we’ve been having more insightful and meaningful conversations with our applicants. Instead of getting distracted by note-taking, our interviewers are fully present to each person and able to get to know them on a deeper level. We’re forming stronger connections with candidates and ultimately can make more informed hiring decisions. Having a video record of each interview helps bring each candidate to life, too—we get to know each person beyond a resume or set of interview notes.

CONS

No major cons! Every time something small came up, the team addressed it quickly.

Efficient and insightful interviews

We use Clovers to conduct video interviews to fill all professional positions. Since incorporating Clovers into our hiring process, we’ve been able to find our shortlist much more quickly and make more intentional, insightful hiring decisions.

PROS

Recording conversations has made hiring so much easier. We went through a period of time where we weren’t able to record interviews, and you don’t realize how important a tool is to you until you have to go without it. When we have the recordings, we don’t have to rely on memory alone to make decisions or risk remembering details incorrectly. Instead, we have what we need to make more accurate decisions quickly.

CONS

Clovers is still growing, so there are still opportunities to suggest features for enhancement. Personally, I’d love it if we could export our interview guides.

Video Interviews

PROS

With Clovers, our hiring and interview process is streamlined. Whenever key decision-makers aren’t able to make it to live interviews, they’re able to review the recordings and still collaborate with others on the hiring team. We don’t have to try to reschedule meetings or risk others missing out on key moments. It makes our lives as recruiters easier fosters better conversations, and gives us time back to focus on other tasks.

CONS

Adoption with our hiring managers has been something of a challenge. Getting used to a new platform has taken some time, but we’re getting there!
