Great interactive tool that provides value for administration and front line agents
CommunityWFM has become a very important part of our Contact Center. It has helped us improve our service metrics, reduce salaries paid with better schedule placement. As an organization we are looking at ways we can continue to grow with the product and use in other areas of the business.
PROSThe ease of which it all works. I am continuing to utilize more and more features. As an administrator I love the Automated Schedule Attendance Monitor that I use daily - let alone all the other easy to use features. My agents LOVE the mobile app! They can check schedules, put PTO requests in or pick up overtime from anywhere!
CONSThe challenge my agents have had is in cancelling approved time off - they have to contact my team directly to have it removed. I believe Community has heard our suggestion and has that in an upcoming upgrade.

An amazing product that is easy to use and much cheaper that the competitors with quality support staff.
