As an intern whos currently using DoerHRM Software. Its really helps me on improving my performance as this systems helps me to track my progress record. Also few interesting features such as progress bar with performance indicator helps to boost my motivation to reach my objective. 

As a web-based system. Its operate both in computer and phone. However i would love to have its own application for my phone as it would ease my use on this system as i need to keep update on my progress everyday

I find that it has help me alot in-terms of goal tracking and holding my self accountable for my action. With OKR and kpi goal tracking it sets up a more transparent team and our team members tend to be more dynamic when it comes to goals/ strategy discussion.

Have a clarity on the goals and key results that I am required to achieve and how my goals are aligned to other team members.

Everything will be automated and some traditional business approach person will need time to adapt to it.

I think it can be great software with few other improvements as i said on cons. It is a good idea to have a software to keep track on goals, daily planning and weekly planning, also the progress for each planning.

The features of goals, daily check in and progress for daily are great for me because the software aplow me to keep track on what i have to do, the progress and keep track on the goal i have set.

From my experience, i think theres lag here and there when i try to add daily plan and update progress. Also it takes few minute and refresh to back to normal when its lag.

Lack of auto synchronized the update of result.

Feel impress, its actually a good tools to help a company filter the free riders and identify + retain the good ones.

We can having a cost efficient research/survey in the company by using the 360 Feedback ! Check In features let your clearly understand you effort you put for a day, to see whether needed to add on any work load and so on.

During my internship here, i have a really great experience using the DoerHRM System provided by the company. I especially loves the OKR and the Check In tools of the system because it really helps me to manage my work easier than ever. The OKR helps me see my objectives clearly. It also helps me keep track on my work progress better. Check In tools helps me plan my daily, weekly and even monthly task so that I will always know what things to keep in check first.

Nothing much. It might look complex at first. But once you get used to it, your performance will be higher than before after using it.

The features are good as it helps the user to achieve goals and can see the progress. With the features OKR and also check in, team members also tend to be more open with the target to achieve the goals.

Maybe can have a notification features to remind user purpose
