While the traditional survey and pulse tools focus on employee engagement and quarterly reviews, HappyTeams platform is uniquely architected by organization psychologists and designed to embed within your existing communication tools. It ensures data is available to flow downstream to your existing BI tools by opening the API to technology teams and existing analytic tools within your organization. The more your team uses the platform the smarter the platform becomes. HappyTeams' data science team has built predictive analytics and pulse snapshots to augment and accelerate your leaders to be able to make real-time data-driven decisions based on past and future events.

HappyTeams Pricing

At HappyTeams we charge a small fee per active user per month. Your organisation can pay monthly or yearly via subscribing to HappyTeams via our payment partner, Paddle. You can subscribe via the Billing area of your Dashboard.

Happy Happy

We are a 10 person team spread out all over the United States. I have staff members whom I have never met in person and Happy Teams is a fantastic way for us to keep our fingers on the pulse of our team's health and well being.

PROS

It was so easy to set up and deploy. My employees get a question each day that is thoughtful and interesting. All the while we are collecting invaluable insights into the health and happiness of our team members. Its' brilliant.

CONS

I cannot really think of much other than I wish there were more opportunities for us to learn from the data.

HappyTeams use at Rebased

PROS

I like how easy HappyTeams are to set up and how extensive the reporting is out-of-the-box. Configuration (like grouping people into teams) is also straightfoward.

CONS

It took me a bit to accept the fixed list of questions; some do not make a lot of sense in our context and I had to explain that these particular questions can/should be skipped. But I do value that the list of questions is vetted by work psychologists and their wording is very deliberate.

HappyTeams is a best solution for a distance format

Very freindly team and quick responces. Big thank to Michael and Den which allowed us to deploy HappyTeams in hours :)

PROS

the implementation of the HappyTeams solution was on time. When we faced to restriction due to quarantine and our managers need to pulse the team with a distance tools, HappyTeams was just in place. We were fascinated to have a feedback form our colleagues. Another strenght of the product was the low expectations from team members, in difference our annualy survey, when employers waited for immediately reacion form Chiefs.

CONS

but when we return to office, HappyTeams still send one question a day , but it was no demands form Managers. the sofware is ok, But our managers didn't get correct action plan what to do with this data. I believe that we will back to this solutions so far.

Modern, Insightful and So Easy to Use

Happy Teams were a super team to deal with. The philosophy behind their product (people first) certainly stems from a strong people value system in the company themself.

PROS

This is the least interruptive, yet powerful way to take the pulse of an org or part there of that I have ever experienced.

CONS

To be honest, there's nothing not to like.

My first useful and quickest softaware that involves you at once and allows answer right in the mail

Since I am a user can not handle these things to answer.

PROS

Yes, the features are impactful and the product is easy and very comfortable to use.

CONS

There are more questions are to be added to be more variable, allowing to check things more deeply and from different sides.
