Great basic ATS for the price. Very easy to implement and use.
Great value for a small business or non-profit!
PROSEase of use. Quick to set up. Customer service is spot on. Integrates seamlessly with our web site. You control if pushing postings to other vendors like Indeed (at no additional cost).
CONSLimited reporting capabilities and a bit difficult to extract data. With a basic system, I didn't expect a lot here.

Good product for large companies.
Overall it was good for our needs but I would like a little more ease of use and intuition.
PROS- Easy to work candidates through the system - Easy to keep candidates up to date so they don't fall through the cracks - Great reporting
CONS- Managers can't sign in to view applicants - Doesn't have an integration with calendars ( at least it didn't when I used it) - It takes a lot of clicks to move in and out of profiles

Basic platform to store applicants, not much else though.
Overall Hirebridge was fine, but if you're looking to advance your recruiting efforts, it may not be the best option, even for a small organization.
PROSSimple, new dashboard appears much more user friendly. Low cost.Gets the job done if all you need is a platform to house applicants.
CONSDoes not offer capabilities that other platforms do, very manual and out-dated. Low cost, but you get what you pay for.

Very strong product for a reasonable fee.
I would choose this product again since using others now, and seeing how labor intensive their setup is.
PROSThis was a great alternative to the very high priced ADP or others. Super easy to use and fantastic support.
CONSSome more advanced features were not configured in my version, but that was more of an admin issue.

Easy to use, not a lot of frills
I wasn't an admin user but I found the software to be easy to navigate. Scheduling interviews is a breeze and submitting requests is a snap.
CONSSince I'm not an admin, I don't have access to certain things but it gives me the appearance i do, then it errors out. I'm not sure if it's a settings thing or a software thing. For example, when looking at current candidates that's for recruiter eyes only, I can see the list but when i click, it errors. Frustrating for me.

I have had a decent experience with HireBridge.
Great customers service with our contact, and the product is simple.
CONSWhen adding candidates their notes are not all together but in all different requisition locations which wastes a lot of time going back and forth to each requsition on the notes

Hirebridge is easy to implement and a good value for the money.
PROSCustomer service is responsive. Product is straightforward and fairly easy to use.
CONSSome functionality isn't there in terms of ease of searching for particular characteristics and integrating information about a candidate.
