HireQuotient-A Gamechanger for my HR team
It has been a very pleasant experience using HQ, and I will be ramping up my adoption of this platform on a. larger scale in my organisation
PROSSoftware has been easy to use, and has mostly fit my requirements. Candidates are reporting that they have had a very pleasant experience, and I have personally been quite impressed with the quality of the candidates that have cleared the screening as the number of false positives has been lowered dramatically
CONSThere are a few roles that I would have liked HireQuotient to cover as well- for example, Data Science roles that we have been looking to hire for.
Reason for choosing HireQuotient
Found HQ to be a better barometer of performance for the roles I was looking to fill out, my team was also in favor of adopting HireQuotient due to better fitment
Reasons for switching to HireQuotient
HireVue was a clunky experience for me, candidates reported time-out glitches minutes before the test was slated to complete. Satisfaction levels have been low, with some candidates not completing the test as well due to frustration with the interface.

Very good candidate assessment platform
So far our candidate have provide in average 4.6 stars, which I believe is a significant improvement compared to previous software the we used.

Easy to use
The product is easy to use and the team is quite responsive. Overall it is great for internal collaboration & provides a great experience.
