A Product you don't have to think twice before using.

PROS

Very easy to use , it saves a lot of time and worth the cost.

CONS

I have been using it since 7 months and haven't found any . just waiting for more new inclusions in to the product.

quality service and it helped in scaling up on Niche technologies. Panels are pretty technical and they recommend calibration calls to ensure JD is well understood.

PROS

Quality of technical feedback was good. the centralized portal has video and verbiage feedback which helps in decision making

CONS

NO Shows is inevitable in the current market trend, and charges are high for No Shows for the interview

Great Experience using Interview Desk

I have been using Interview Desk for a few months and it has largely eased the hiring process.The quality and professionality of the interviewers is something Hyperface respects very much.

PROS

Interview Desk is a simple platform which is quite easy to understand and use. The development team is active to implement features making it more and more user friendly.

CONS

It has a load time issue which takes a few seconds while moving between pages. This is not necessarily a deal breaker though.
