Great Platform for International Surveys

Within one year of using the tool, we have been able to implement seven international surveys and share actionable data within our organization. An entire team is not needed to support, we have one full-time person spending a few hours a week.

PROS

Overall UX is clean and easy to use. The functionality options, survey building and delivery customizations offer everything you need. We even use the survey QR code for China survey deployment and have seen an increase in responses.

CONS

The support team is very keen to collecting feedback on features that can be added to the roadmap. Sometimes it takes a while to get on there. Currently, the survey tool cannot send from one list a specific survey based on region/language. There is a workaround in place for a toggle language change option.

Reason for choosing IntouchSurvey

Surveymonkey CX was a higher price point with less features. It also took about 6 phone calls and emails to get someone there to send us more information on the package and pricing.

Reasons for switching to IntouchSurvey

Surveymonkey analytics and international features just didnt' cut it.
