Good Product - Would Like to see some improvements!

I feel we have better control of the FMLA claims that are filed. I can easily see who is on leave, what forms are still needed, etc. Customer Service has been very helpful when I've had questions.

PROS

This software has allowed me to better manage our FMLA claims. I like that we can set up calendars based on the type of employee (not all employees get the same days off during the year). I love that we can upload our own documents into the forms library! I also love that we can ask a question and have it answered in a timely manner by "experts".

CONS

I would like the ability to note that an employee has deceased (options are limited as to why we have closed the claim). I would also like to not have to delete a claim in order to correct a spelling of the name (or when the employee has changed their name). Changing in the master should change in the list.
