Great tool for conducting performance reviews that emphasis on employee growth

Previously, excel was a massive drain on my time. Now I can devote my attention to mentoring my mentees on their journey and on their professional development.

PROS

- flexibility to adapt to our process- 1 to 1 structure- 360 feedback- evaluations- roles and responsibilities- mentee management

CONS

I would like to manage my team and get stats and information of the its performance. From what I understood it will come soon.For 360 feedback I would like to be able to request feedback from people outside the organization.
