MYOB Payroll review

Very good. I was using an outside source to do our payroll and it was taking all day. Now it only takes about an hour. Fantastic.

PROS

Our Rostering & Timesheet software also integrates with MYOB. This is a fantastic feature and saves so much time. Cross checking is simple and easy. Tracking of leave is also great, and alerts if there is not enough leave.

CONS

That Accumulation for TOIL needs to be adjusted manually and can get missed. Not being able to see how much leave a person has without printing a report whilst conducting the timesheet checks.

Reason for choosing MYOB Advanced Payroll

We were already using MYOB for accounting so to continue with payroll so it all integrates was a no-brainer.

Reasons for switching to MYOB Advanced Payroll

Payroll processing was an all day affair, any time there was adjustments to be made, I had to ring the company which was overseas and they would take more time to make adjustment. Payslips couldn't be emailed to staff, I had to print then email individually.

MYOB Advance Payroll

It is good system. It has improved a lot in past few years with new changes coming I am expecting it will be more useful like onborading feature is good.

PROS

It is linked with the GL. Inbuilt taxation settings. Easy STP reporting.

CONS

For MYOB Pay Super only one company can register.
