Best Feedback Solution
Tandem solution helped us move away from traditional performance management process and enable the shift to continuous feedback culture. Tandem has an excellent technical team who helped us in implementing the solution with ease. As a Solution Architect of the implementation, collaboration with the technical team is vital, and Tandem has always gone above and beyond to make these interactions seamless. The team is open to feedback and continuously improve their features and functionalities keeping the user experience in mind.
PROSThe feedback feature is very impactful as it encouraged our users to establish a continuous feedback culture which helped the company to bring a culture change. Tandem solution also helped us to moved away from our traditional performance management process. The product is very easy to use and the addin can be easily integrated in Outlook which helps users to quickly give/ask feedback. It's very easy to integrate the Tandem product with the existing system landscape. The product offers both inbound and outbound APIs to integrate the data and is very well documented, which makes it easy to understand and work with.
CONSRecognition could be a feature which i feel is missing and can be easily implemented by Tandem.

Tandem: Good product, great team!
We have been working closely with Tandem for over two years – first to bring a feedback solution to our employees and more recently we've partnered with them to introduce an end-to-end performance management solution. As a team they have been a joy to work with. They have gone to great lengths to understand our use cases and build/modify functionalities with the end-user in mind. They walk the talk in that they are highly responsive to feedback, always looking to improve the tool and user experience in any way they can. They are also knowledge experts in the feedback-space and provide a number of inspiring offerings for clients to learn from.
PROSThe tool is simple and intuitive – Tandem does a great job at bringing in functionality without making the system "clunky".
CONSThe UX could be improved even further...

An easy to use tool which makes a big impact
Since launching Our Tandem we have had very positive feedback from our Organisation. We are currently running our Performance Review through Our Tandem for the first time and it has been a really smooth journey so far. The team at Our Tandem could not be more helpful and are so attentive and good at what they do. Very enjoyable to work with.

Review of OurTandem
Excellent support and clear well thought out weekly presentations to guide us through the performance of the platform with our employees.
PROSIt solves a real problem with an elegant and easy to use solution. Navigation is logically and clearly laid out.
CONSAs a startup there are inevitable hiccups as they continue to make improvements to their platform and roll out new products. Its not that I consider it a 'con', it is more par for the course with a platform at the stage it is at.

Great Product, Irish Tech Start Up, Female Founder, Amazing Customer Support!
We've received really positive feedback since launching Tandem from employees, People Team and our Senior Leadership Team. We've transitioned our Quality Conversations (performance reviews), Engagement Surveys and a range of other feedback and surveys to the platform. The employee experience is easy to use and intuitive and the BI dashboards provide in-depth reporting analytics making it simple to pull insights and identify trends. It's enabling us to build on our feedback culture fostering an engaged and high performing community of employees.
CONSTandem is in the start up phase, but we're happy to be on their journey with them. They work really hard to make the enhancements we ask, and the customer support has been incredible - fast, professional, always on hand to help, advise and make things work!

When we were first looking into Our Tandem, it just seemed perfect. Given that we are all online now it makes it very user friendly and it is the natural accompaniment. It is intuitive, professional and user friendly and makes a tricky task very efficient. Our Tandem Review
The standard of customer service provided by Our Tandem at all stages of the engagement project was excellent. They listened to our challenges and then worked to provide solutions to suit our specific needs. We had full support from the members of the Tandem team at various stages of the integration project and also dedicated customer support from a Tandem Coach [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. The quality and nature of that support was hugely beneficial in ensuring that all deadlines were met and that we successfully launched Our Tandem in the company.
PROSIntuitive and user friendly. Easy to navigate and integrate.
CONSIntegration with existing systems was not difficult. Some reporting dashboards had to be reviewed and agreed to ensure that the analytics and reports were in the required format. That was easily solved.

Our Tandem Review
Customer service from our initial beginnings with Our Tandem right through to our implementation of the system has been excellent. Any questions or requests have been met and answered, no request was too big or too small. We have full support from the Our Tandem Team with well organised weekly meetings and updates throughout the entire process.
PROSThe feedback feature is very easy to use and feedback can be given/requested in a matter of seconds. The interface is very clear and concise in its design and is fun to use. You can access the app with single sign on or through an interface in your Outlook. All of these touches make it a really engaging tool.
CONSThere is always some room for improvement, but the Our Tandem team are always on hand to assist in any way that they can. Any issue we brought to them was met with a "can do" attitude and a fix or alternative always suggested.

Great for 360 feedback reporting.

CONSIt would be useful to be able to edit multiple scale points at once in surveys. Inputting surveys can take a while
