Panoramic Feedback provide unparalleled customer service. They fully understand the 360-feedback landscape and are willing to work with their customers to provide a totally customized product and experience. Their professionalism, response rate, and experience are second to none.
PROSThe software provides everything we need for our customizable 360 projects.
CONSWe would like 1) the report to include a "Frequency Report" showing how often a rating was given across all rater groups 2) to update the look of the reports

Excellent Customer Service
We provide a 360 assessment specifically designed for Health Care. We also have other versions of the questionnaire for Business (non-healthcare) applications and have translated the questionnaires into French. My experience with Customer and tech support from Panoramic Feedback has been superlative.
PROSThe software is easy to use for the end user. There is excellent customer support for technical issues and general questions regarding setting up the questionnaire9s).
