Makes acting on negative feedback simple and effective

PROS

I absolutely loved QaizenX's user-friendly interface and seamless feedback gathering capabilities. The platform's emphasis on personalization and continuous improvement truly set it apart. Additionally, the exceptional customer support provided by the QaizenX team was an invaluable asset. Overall, QaizenX had a significant positive impact on our business results and customer satisfaction.

CONS

Sometimes integrating with different tools don't work as expected. Also, some for customizing options should be given.

Amazingly GOOD!! Does the job

PROS

main dashboard is handy as it shows the 5 key parameters, that tell me how our software is performing and how satisfied the people are with our software. Reports make it easier to go deeper into the problem some features like sentiment analysis is good, lets you see through sentiments quickly. Most importantly, it has action planning that I use to create actions to solve issues found.

CONS

I think the survey maker could be more straightforward. Using templates can help, Creating a custom template can be quite difficult as there are too many things that are quite confusing and not needed. Survey UI can be little better I think

Worth Buying

Being a businessman, I value money and this software is actually value for money. You don’t need to bother about your feedback taking and management system. QaizenX will take care of it. You just ask their team to deploy the system and you’re sorted. Their support desk is well trained and highly professional people team. You just inform them about your issues and they will resolve the problem in no time. Your invested every single penny on this software is worthy.

PROS

Software helped us in improving our customer experience. We gather information from our customers and work on their issues immediately. Our system has become very smooth now.

CONS

Form submission gives problem sometimes. Then we need to contact their team. This problem need to get resolved.
