Simple and Intuitive
Vere good. Direct communication to all frontline employees. Ensure uniform and consistent training.
PROSAs an admin, Relesys is very easy to use. It is easy to create content including training modules and e-learning. It is also possible to create an aesthetically pleasing app. As a user, it is easy to access and requires no separate instructions to use. and app creates a high level of engagement among our employees
CONSThe training/learning administration - overview of completion can be better.

Relesys communication app
Relesys is a great tool, easy to use and access, both for admins, office staff and staff on the floor. A great way to create a sense of community feeling across stores and borders and not least to share important info across functions. Swift and service-minded support function.
CONSWe would like more built-in opps for automatic translations - not only for a few languages but for all languages.
Reasons for switching to Relesys
To have a tool easier accessible for staff not using a computer in their work and get a retail management system in the same portal as well.

Excellent user experience & high level of support
Relesys is a great tool for us to ensure we can communicate with all our employee in a efficient and inspiring way. We also leverage the APP for sharing and storing important documents such as policies, guidelines and presentations. Its the main hub for information for all our employees.

Always helpful service and a great communication tool
Our app is a great communication tool for our employess. The administration backend i easy to use - and the user experience is nice in look&feel - and it is easy to manage. Great collaboration with our client success manager and always great support from the support team.

Relesys is a great team to collaborate with
It is great to work with Relesys. There are some features they don't have yet, but they are still in progress, and they listen to our demands.
PROSI like the energy of the team, and that we have a close relationship during the development and implementation of the app. They listen to us and do their best to accommodate our demands.
CONSIn the beginning, we had some difficulties. We have never developed an app before, and Relesys kind of assumed that we just knew what they were talking about, so it was a bit difficult to make decisions about the features, the design, layout, hierarchy etc. It would have been great if we could have had some more learning before the development phase. There are some features in the app that are missing, and the system is not as agile as we hoped. The price for the development and implementation of the app is okay, but then later on if we want some extra features in the app, it can be very expensive.

Constant communication makes employees feel how important they are to the company, achieving a more frequent approach with them and having the ease of the application on the cell phone for any remote training that is done.

Connecting people
Easy to reach out to and connect with employees in all our shops and in all countries. Knowledge sharing is easy. The support team is open-minded and helps us find solutions Relesys is constantly listening to our requests and develops all the time - thats great.
CONSThe implementation period was a bit rushed, and it would have been an advantage if we had more workshops in the process, to avoid making wrong decisions and rethinking afterward. The pricing for new features and development is too high compared to the rather fair price for development. Sometimes the system is less agile than we could have wished for.

A warm recommendation from Denmark's largest carrier
We can reach all employees at once, both salaried and hourly paid. Our internal communication has been significantly improved. The management has achieved a closer dialogue with the rest of the organization. Higher employee satisfaction.
PROSThe good customer service and our Key Account Manager. The front-end is very user-friendly. The ability to send push notifications. The ability to integrate into our AD.
CONSThe backend is not as user-friendly as most CMS usually are. Further development of the app often requires customer financing.
