My very basic use of Satismeter
Satismeter is always open in my browser ! The support team is always ready to help and I feel like this tool is truly reliable!
PROSI do love a clear overview with trend graphs. No need to be an expert to understand how it works and how to understand the datas it provides.
CONSI guess I'd like to be asked by the Satismeter team if I need help or advice :)
Reason for choosing SatisMeter
I wasn't the one who chose Satismeter but if someday one'd ask me if I'd like to change, I can guarantee I'd say no!

Great tool to segment your users and get feedback easily.
Interesting way to collect feedback from my users.
PROSEasy integration, and also easy to use for my users. And the support is blazing fast when you have a question, they help a lot. Do not hesitate to contact them because some APIs are not yet documented.
CONSIt lacks an intermediate plan for those who don't have that much monthly users. Apart from that, the product is good.

Helpful to understand and act upon promotors and detractors
- Great tool to identify detractors and promotors of your SaaS product and act upon these findings - Seemless integration in our existing ecosystem - Service team helpful if needed
CONS- There could be more options to customize the look and feel of the NPS - We are missing a few export features that would help us to automate next steps better
