Super helpful way to keep track of your reviews

PROS

Makes it easier to access and respond to reviews. Dashboard is great for monitoring all reviews. Great UI , very easy to navigate and understand the settings.

CONS

I didn’t find any cons with this software, everything is great

The software has good features which our organization has not had time to explore in depth.

CONS

Since our organization has not used this survey extensively, it is hard to say at this point.
