Talent3sixty review

When we were looking into the platform, our objective was a platform that could run individual development surveys, create IDP as per the survey outcome, and resources being available for self-development. The platform has the capability of the above-mentioned features. A few more features that could be included in the manager's dashboard are the IDP of the team member, manager being able to assign from the resources, comments post development review etc. Overall it is satisfactory in meeting the basic requirements.

PROS

I have used the product for surveys, Individual development plans and incorporated customization as and when required. The experience of the product and the support team has been good. The resource section also seamlessly links with the learning modules, and articles available in the internal learning platform.

CONS

API integration is missing and will be useful as organizations want employees to access a one-stop platform for good employee experience.

Review as an Admin user

My overall experience with talent3sixty has been great. I must appreciate the prompt support I have been given by the Talentonic team from time to time which has helped us drive the 360 feedback survey in a very efficient manner.

PROS

The software is easy to use which enhances the user experience and works smoothly.

CONS

It will be great if admin can be given more control.

Great support for our Development Activities

In Caparo when we started Leadership Development Programme for senior and middle level management. Key challenge was creating IDP for each individual on the basis of 360 feedback and feedback during the training program. We were looking for cost effective intuitive platform, which can generate automated reports and talent3sixty had answer for all our requirements.

Talent3sixty is quite a user friendly tool

The tool provide us good insights on our talent health and helped us identify key development themes that we need to target for our company to take it to the next level.

PROS

Ease of use, good user experience, can be customized, throws up good insights on people's development areas, strengths, etc. It also provides combined reports for the organization to identify some common trends and patterns.

CONS

The software is fairly comprehensive and can be customized as per our requirement.

Best product with least cost

PROS

The product was extremely easy to administer with regular support available round the clock. The respondents had complete ease of access with minimum technical glitches
