Cloud-based team management platform

PROS

TeamSeer makes it possible to manage absence of the entire team with its cloud-based solution.

What a waste of time

Complete waste of time

PROS

Nothing you can’t even see the calendar from your phone either on the desktop version or the mobile

CONS

The whole this why anyone would pay for this service is beyond me when I can actually sign in to the site I can only if I’m lucky able to see 1 month and seeing that it’s a 2 week notice period makes this site completely inadequate

Unable to login to Teamseer for weeks

We have been unable to login into Teamseer for 3 weeks now without any warning from the Access Group. We are therefore unable to manage staff absences at the moment despite my many emails.No one seems to be in charge, priority levels are not set appropriately. Live chat is unresponsive

Easy to book holidays and days off

I am using Teamseer for plan my holidays and days off, track my compensation days and bank holidays

PROS

Easy to choose your vacations days and send it to your manager. Good to track how many holidays you have left

CONS

Not same easy to book half days off, compensations days and etc

Very easy to use

An easy and simple experience, everything that is needed for this type of software.

PROS

It is easy to use software. It offers you a quick and easy way to request vacations, sick leave and other requests to the department in charge.

CONS

The truth is there is nothing that displeases me. The only thing would be the time it takes to approve vacation requests but that is no longer the fault of the software.

Book your holidays easily

This tool is not only great to book your holidays, but also to book any other absence as it has many options: business trips, absence because of doctor or a university exam etc.

PROS

In my company we have 28 days a year and we can book them whenever we want. Thanks to this tool we can easily book them so that our manager is notified and he or she can very quick accept or deny or holidays.

CONS

When you want to cancel some holidays in order to mark them as business trips you have to do it in two steps instead of one.

Free Trial

I wanted a simple solution to manage employees. What I thought was a Free account turned into an annual contract. Customer service was a key issue here .

PROS

I really do not have any pros here.

CONS

I signed up for what I thought was a free trial and I ended up entering into a yearly contract. Mistakes happen but customer service is about how you handle situations, and although I was clearly upset on finding this out, they still choose to take payment.

End User using Access TeamSeer

It did the job but I would not recommend it, from an EndUser perspective. The fact I had to look at a step by step guide to learn how to book time off was pretty bad. I haven’t had to do this for other tools
