Good app for tracking the various types of employee time off categories (sick, vacation, etc.)
They have been very responsive with issues and suggestions.
PROSAs a supervisor, the approval process is very easy.
CONSIt could have a better device app for supervisors although requests from employees come right to my inbox and can be approved with a click.
Reasons for switching to Time Off Cloud
This is a very easy tool and continues year after year. Easy to set up roll-over rules, etc.

Love Time Off Cloud!
I had looked for a long time to find the right product to manage our PTO and eliminate the Excel spreadsheets we were currently using. I stumbled upon Time Off Cloud after doing a google search and I am so glad I did. They have been great to work with. Great customer service. The cost is extremely reasonable. And the product is amazing. It is simple for our employees to use - both for tracking their own PTO and managing the employees that report to them. Our employees have said a lot of positive things about the system.
PROSThis system had everything we were looking for to manage our PTO for our exempt employees. The set up was not difficult. It handles the way we do our carryover of PTO for the next year as well as different exceptions we have. We love the approval process when an employee enters a PTO request. It is easy for our employees to use. They have great customer service - very responsive.
CONSI have no cons about this system. I love everything about it. I would love to see them create a time tracking system for our hourly employees!

Time Off Cloud met all our needs and conditions for managing the way we handle our PTO for our employees. It is easy to set up and easy to use. The customer service is great and the price can't be beat.

Time Saver
Great experience. No requests slipping through the cracks. Easy to keep track of time off and remaining days.
PROSTime Off Cloud is a great resource. We are able to manage time off requests from our phones as well as desktops. Easy to keep track so that no days off go unused. Requests can be approved in only a few seconds. The customer service is great as well!
CONSEasy to set up! No cons. Love that there is also an app for phones.

First time user - Impressed!
We needed an extremely simple way to track our employees' vacation time. Previously it was just written down on paper. New ownership of the company took place and brought us to 21st century. I was tasked with finding a better method. Once we established a concrete company policy, it was very easy to implement and set up our Dashboard. I have not had one complaint regarding the usage of the software. I will be anxious to see how seamless going into the new year will be.
PROSEasy to use, even for our employees who are not tech savvy. Simple set up.
CONSHaving all the options in the phone app will be really beneficial for our employees who do not regularly sign into a computer.
Reason for choosing Time Off Cloud
We didn't need anything other than a vacation/PTO tracker. So many of the HR products had way too many items involved in their software.

User Friendly
I am not a technically inclined and this program is so user friendly.
PROSI like that it is easy to request time off and approve time off.
CONSMaking sure you choose PTO instead of Bereavement.
