Great HR Software for Skilled Trades Worker Management

The ability to search the TradesFactor database for skilled workers and minimize the noise of unqualified applicants with the TradesFactor artificial intelligence feature was important.

PROS

The best part about TradesFactor was immediate availability of all features. This is great for small and medium sized businesses that don't have a lot of bandwidth for big software implementations. It integrates easily with existing payroll systems. (And it was better for workforce management than a payroll system).

CONS

The content management feature that allows a company to create and manage their company listing was not yet available.
