  • Pros

  • WE love using and integrating Tripleseat to our events here at Cheekwood. Tripleseat is easy to use and the support is right on the money.
  • Gather is very user friendly and helps me keep our event calendar clean and organized. It is fantastic for communicating with both guests and our management team throughout the company.
  • Cons

  • The chef BEO includes the bar information which is unnecessary and can be confusing. According to everyone I've spoke with this is unavoidable and there is nothing they can do about it.
  • The annoying, time wasting and the unnecessary notifications. I have nightmares about those dreadful notifications.

  • The user interface is extremely intuitive and user-friendly. I enjoy the ability to control everything for an online platform.
  • The simplicity of setting up, the fact that you can call and talk to a real human who is ready to help you, and how they don’t charge until your event is successful.
  • Cons

  • The one thing that is my least favorite of this software is that inability to customize the email that is sent to your attendees. Once they update that feature this produst would be unbeatable.
  • Navigation around the site - several customers were confused on how to get live streams up.
