They are great to work with the platform allows you to easily fit the technology to engage employees

CONSNone for the software, change management is always difficult no matter which platform your company goes with.

My Review
Audit trail is very helpful, and the interface is easy to use.
CONSReporting is not easy and getting data out of the system is difficult. So the Intelex dashboards are bad, and doing it yourself is not easy.

Good bones just needs some more options and better refinement
It does the job we need it to. Its just a shame the actions can't be viewed by all persons.
PROSNothing particularly stands out but it has everything needed to do the job, i just wish photos, and evidence, etc weren't that hard to complete. Having other users being able to view, edit and adjust would make the software more user friendly.
CONSIts one giant scroll sheet. Sections should be like a save in progress section rather than one big document.

We are phasing out Lotus Notes.

An Organizer and Tracker
I like the ability to track and work incidents in an organized way. Interface is user friendly as well.
CONSI really have no CONS regarding this product.

Incident Management Software review
The product is relatively easy to use. The notification emails are somehow useful.
CONSNot easy to implement. If we needed to implement some changes, we had to make a request to Intelex.

Good product for managing safety incidents
Intelex is a great product especially because it is highly customizable and does integrate with many other systems.
CONSThe software was very expensive and is broken up in to so many segments that you are required to buy it in pieces.
