Love how user-friendly this software is!
I love how user-friendly Mavrck is. I was able to navigate it without any difficulty a week or two after I was set up in the platform.
CONSI would love to see more features regarding TikTok and TikTok capabilities added such as tracking, filtering by TikTok profile etc. I would be much more inclined to use Mavrck vs. the TikTok creator marketplace when it comes to recruiting TikTokers if those were added!

MAVRCK is the Best
The time it takes to find, organize, assign, communicate, and confirm influencers for our brands used to take weeks per campaign but since using MAVRCK, our campaigns have become so streamlined that we can run 10 at the same time and I feel like we are still seeing the amazing results we had with one. It's more potent and easy to use so we are getting a huge ROI for the effort we put in. We are a hands-on company so being able to use a company that allows us to put more time into other things has been amazing. Plus, the care and support you receive from the MAVRCK team has allowed me to learn more about the influencer medium and has emboldened me to make the right choices for each of our brands.
PROSMAVRCK is an amazing platform that we have been using for some time now. What I love most is the ease of use and functionality that comes with an all-in-one platform. Not only can we find influencers that match any and all of our demographic needs but they make it easy to review and approve influencers that work with each of our very different brands. Plus, being able to create campaigns and launch them within a few steps saves us tons of time when in the beginning stages of our search process. Finally, the messaging to email capability is so handy when you aren't able to be in the platform every single day but want to keep a pulse on how your campaigns are performing and answer influencer questions as they come in.
CONSThe one thing that I wish that MAVRCK would do better would be their integration with new platforms like TikTok. We have been trying more and more to get into the TikTok influencer sphere and while the campaigns we have run in the past have been very successful, it would be nice to be able to have them run as streamlined as our traditional Instagram and Facebook campaigns.

Mavrck
At times Mavrck has been very helpful, at other times very frustrating. It's a good platform to source influencers but could use work to make every other step of the process more seamless (communication, draft uploads, reporting)
PROSIt's nice to be able to source influencers in one place and see their engagement rates and audience breakdown.
CONSCould be a lot more user friendly. We've run into issues with the email system as well as draft uploads and reporting.

Mavrck: Influencer Marketing Communication and Management Hub
Mavrck has steamlined all of our influencer marketing processes. The platform has tons of insight and features that even other teams at our company have come to us to take advantage of. In general, our direct Mavrck contacts have been accessible and willing to help with any questions or concerns.
PROSMavrck has greatly helped our team by collecting most of our communication and processes into one platform. With Mavrck we are able to source influencers, invite them to campaigns, communicate with them, move them through our workflow, collect assets, review and approve social post drafts, and collect post and campaign analytics. Coming from previously communicating exclusively through email, Mavrck ensures that all members of our team can see all communication with influencers (creators had a habit of not cc'ing all members) which is extremely helpful in the case of someone being out of office. Being able to set up and move influencers through a campaign workflow is a great way of monitoring campaign progress. Finally, Mavrck has a wealth of reporting/analytics capabilities which has allowed us to better evaluate our campaigns and individual influencers. We're also able to export all data to share with stakeholders.
CONSThere was a bit of a learning curve when we first transitioned to Mavrck. We found ourselves having to reach out to the Mavrck team outside of our standard onboarding sessions. Additionally, over time we've run into a few bugs, and the customer service/engineering team has taken a long time to follow up on our questions or hasn't provided consistent communication on the progress. Outside of that, some influencer and agents have expressed hesitation about joining and using an external platform. We've been able to explain the benefits to many, but some have specific policies against external platforms in place.

Time-saving, efficient and easy to navigate influencer tool
Mavrck is a valuable influencer marketing management tool that helps our team execute campaigns efficiently and effectively on behalf of our clients. It has also proved to be a beneficial tool for us when it comes to conducting surveys with content creators to learn more about consumer/brand sentiment, awareness, campaign ideas, etc. If we're looking to activate micro-influencers for a campaign or survey quickly and efficiently, we know we can depend on Mavrck's database to assist us with finding the best brand ambassadors -- as it gives us the opportunity to see engagement rate, fraud risks, past partnerships, etc. in the blink of an eye. Mavrck's influencer profiles are also extremely helpful when we're looking for specific types of partners and having all of their information at the tips of our fingertips truly helps maximize our time when looking for the best creators to partner with. Last but not least, Mavrck hasn't stopped evolving with the industry and it's nice to know that we can depend on our Customer Success Manager for helpful insights and expertise when it comes to all things influencer marketing or learning about a new feature on the platform.
CONSWhile I don't think the messaging platform is bad by any means, I think it could be a little more user-friendly (i.e. more like Gmail). Conversations can easily be lost since we have so many campaigns going on and sometimes messages can easily be mixed and/or accidentally read when they haven't yet. I'd love to see more changes as the platforms continues to evolve!

Mavrck Review
It's been great! Communication between account managers have been seamless and had smooth campaign set ups
PROSTraining was extremely thorough and navigation has been very smooth. Along with a great selection of influencers for our brand.
CONSThere's a few features I've been having difficulties with or finding ways for process improvements: Messages tab vs campaign message thread tabs - most influencers will respond to the message thread within each campaign, making it easy to keep all messages and stages together, but if an influencer messages me outside of the thread I have to go into the Messages tab to see it and it won't appear in the campaign message thread. When multiple waves are created for a campaign there's no option to select all waves to download one report on the overall campaign that's similar to the performance tab within each campaign. When trying to download content from the Content tab, Reels don't show up as a video and instead show up as a photo so I have to go back into each Creators Draft tab to open the video and right click to save and download. When creating a longer-term campaign with multiple deliverables, expectations, and due dates is there a way one campaign can include multiple draft due dates instead of only being able to select one, then having to create another campaign to create another draft date/due date?

Mavrck is helping to manage our influencer program
Mavrck is really helping our team scale our influencer program. Automated communications and messages really help to keep our campaigns moving, and being able for anyone on our team to stay updated on progress and outstanding needs is super helpful. It will allow us to manage multiple campaigns more effectively.
PROSMavrck is a really great influencer management platform. It's a one-stop shop for managing all of our influencer campaigns and is so helpful to have contracting, campaign management, communications and payment all in one platform. This allows all of our team members to be up to speed on where we are in each campaign at any given time.
CONSIt has been difficult to get some of our current influencers that we work with signed up on the platform. Some have been hesitant about the switch. Also for influencers who have agents, it is difficult to manage as they don't offer the ability to add additional managers to the influencer account, but this is something they have assured me they are working on.

Mavrck is amazing for localised content
I love the similar feature when searching as when you like an influencers theme this helps to view other similar influencers and saves a lot of time.
PROSI like the fact we can target influencers in different regions which helps with localised content. The support has been excellent also and I know I can reach out to [SENSITIVE CONTENT] with any queries I have. Also, having content in the one place is so useful, nothing gets lost.
CONSThe platform doesn't allow for IG reels to be automated which can create friction on the influencer's end which can result in them turning down opportunities. I think adding this feature would improve the programme. Of course, this will sometimes be out of Mavrck's control but I often have difficulty seeing influencers at different stages of the workflow. Having these issues communicated to us would be very useful.

Great for managing influencer campaigns!
Mavrck has been a great asset for influencer campaign management. The ability to refine searches for influencers and see in-depth data before partnering makes Mavrck stand out as a platform.
PROSMavrck is great for streamlining influencer campaigns. The platform is straightforward, fairly easy to navigate and provides a good pool of influencers. It is easy to build new campaigns from scratch or copy templates and make adjustments. The Mavrck team is very helpful and responsive. I have never had an issue getting something resolved quickly and effectively.
CONSThe email messaging portal is very difficult to use. While it's great to have within the platform, it feels unintuitive and clunky making it difficult to communicate with influencers in a timely and personal manner. Video content created by influencers does not upload to the platform (videos are uploaded as images). I have had to come up with workarounds that feel tedious and unnecessary.

Great foundation to scale your influencer marketing campaigns!
Overall great platform, highly recommend for brands who are new and dipping their those into influencer marketing.
PROSMavrck has a great self-serve platform if you're just starting to get into influencer marketing. It really allows you to customize your campaign and select the right partners to collaborate with. They provided in-depth training and support throughout onboarding and post. It's an easy-to-use platform and the automated features really help streamline the setup and execution of multiple influencer campaigns to really scale.
CONSWould love to see Mavrck integrate with TikTok as this is a growing social platform.

We chose Mavrck over other vendors solely based on the option to scale. We were able to run multiple campaigns at once. For brands that have a larger product portfolio with multiple product categories and sub-lines, Mavrck was the better fit if you want to support multiple product priorities.

Ideal for managing influencer campaigns and influencer relationships
Mavrck makes it easy to manage influencer relationships, source new partners, and navigate the influencer negotiation/payment process.
CONSOne issue I've run into on the platform is when pulling influencer content from past campaigns to utilize on our own social channels. I wish the content could be sorted/filtered by specific product/content of post and/or by influencer rather than by campaign or the other filters that currently exist. Content is also only identified by the influencers' names (not their social handles) which can be inconvenient at times.

Customer service and support is great. Love working with this team! Also REALLY appreciate how we aren't tossed around to various points of contacts and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is dedicated to our team/success.
PROSI love how easy it is to scale our program and understand the impact of our influencer marketing efforts. Not only do these campaigns unable us to easy activate creators, it allows us to use this content to fuel our content engines in our own channels with a diverse group of people/content.
CONSBudget management really needs work! The only way I can get around this is offering a flat-fee, which I think is an outdated way to execute influencer marketing campaigns.

I really enjoy how easy the Mavrck tool is to use, it's very user-friendly and encompasses everything our business needs for influencer marketing all in one place. What I believe sets them apart is the customer service. We can rely on the Mavrck team to set all of our campaigns up for success and they are always quick to answer our questions and offer their advice. We are very happy to have them as an extension of our team.
CONSWhile everything has been great, we have a unique company where we have to operate over 12 unique brands under one company / one budget so would the ability to have more brand instances in our account. However, Mavrck worked with us to help create a solution that works for us.

Great Product!
This product is so easy to use as someone who gets full access and being able to share additional information with my clients. It's been easy to provide feedback and approve influencer posts. I also love that the platform keeps all of the content in one easy location.
CONSIt would be great to find a way if there are multiple phases of a campaign to easily keep track of those phases without creating multiple areas.

Great Platform & Great Account Team
Overall, the product is great and the service the team provides is wonderful. The team is (and always has been in my experience) full of helpful and knowledgeable account leads that are truly great partners.
PROSThe Mavrck platform is great, it is intuitive and easy to use. When you log in it starts high-level with an overview dashboard and digs deeper in sections like Content Performance where you're able to see each campaign and influencers performance almost real-time. The ability to easily get to current and past campaigns (and export as needed) in a huge help.
CONSAs with many marketing/advertising software there in an inability to close the loop on sales. This is certainly not isolated to Mavrck but it would be a huge win if there was a way to attribute sales, even directionally.

Great Influencer Marketing Platform

Great way to scale micro influencer campaigns
Excellent customer service and support from Mavrck
PROSMavrck has allowed us to scale up our micro influencer programs and has streamlined our process for sourcing, providing incentives, and analyzing campaign results.
CONSI wish there were more influencers available in Mavrck's influencer index, but if an influencer does not participate with Mavrck yet, it's easy to share a link for them to connect their social media accounts.
