The Best Software for Insurance Brokers

It is a user friendly software, perfect for Insurance brokers.

PROS

This software is customizable so that each broker can request for a modification when needed. Also the reports can be generated so fast and easily for our renewals and payment collections.

CONS

As this is a software stored in Local server cant access worldwide. But if uploaded in cloud server it need high speed internet.

Reasons for switching to Ozone Insuria

Insuria provided more information and data compared to PREMIA. Also its more user friendly compared to premia.

Insuria has all the functionalities mainly required for insurance broker business. Micro details of the operations and accounts are covered. The system is flexible and can accommodate necessary customization and changes. Good technical support by the vendor.

Insuria made our underwriting dept management at the tip of our fingers.

PROS

All features and facilities relates to our day to day activity helping the end user to associated with the system at ease. Their debt management function enables us to keep a tab on our debtors which makes our collection management systematic.

CONS

The fleet management can be optimized a little bit more by reducing the steps that are involved at the time of data entry. Endorsement views can be enhanced a little bit so that in case of reprinting or for re checking it would help the user much better.

Insuria redefined our business management replacing our dependency on excel and tally.

PROS

Insuria interprets our business activity helping us to relate the system with our daily activities.

CONS

The KYC is finance targeted rather than operations. If the KYC is modified to help the operations department, it would help us in planning future business with a particular client based on his business relation with the organization. Currently KYC displays only financial transaction data.
