Our most important tool for making qualified and quick decisions in the field
We are extremely satisfied with Ziik.io In the meantime, we use it as an internal social intranet, but also as a client portal for collaboration with our customers.
PROS- The consistent "mobile first" strategy helps to have easy access to relevant company data on the go. - Clear focus on communication, knowledge transfer and employee engagement in the form of user experience.

My go-to engagement platform solution
Field workers, who don't have computers now have full access to intranet and communications. It's a sweet deal.
PROSThe hierarchy is simple to setup. Single person, and not even a technical one, can set it up and manage the solution.
CONSZiik has been really quick to react to missing features. Currently not really missing anything.

Easy and fast set-up
Great as an intranet for our company, the chat function is easy. It was pretty easy to set up.We now have all our crucial information gathered in one place.
PROSEasy and a fast set-up and you have a good overview. Support answers fast and high knowledge.
CONSSometimes the notification disappeared and you missed it. I liked it better before the system update that occured 22 sept.

Easy and effective tool for communication
In my past 2 roles/companies, Ziik in summary helped us archive:1. Simplicity - replacing suite of multiple and often 'heavy corporate' solutions like Microsoft with Ziik as the single and more simple solution.2. Effective employees - with all content being user targeted there's little to no 'spam' in Ziik. You know updates will be relevant and it's easy to find work relevant information in features like FAQs and Handbooks. 3. Bonding - because Ziik feels less formal than traditional corporate tools, users feel more comfortable sharing things and they also engage better with things being shared. We feel more connected.
PROSZiik is effective because it's familiar and focussed. Familiar because the design and UX resembles that of popular Social Medias, making it intuitive to use from day 1 for any user.Focussed because you can switch all features on and off to ensure you only see and use the ones relevant to your organisation. In addition Ziik has a clever logic throughout the platform so that users - similarly to features - only see content and communication relevant to them. The result = no clutter - just information and updates needed to get work done.
CONSThe chat feature doesn't feel quite as fast as it does in apps like Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp. However, it's on par with Microsoft Teams and other 'proper' business platforms.

A good solution for internal communications.
Great. The initial contact and onboarding process was smooth and Ziik ensured that we deployed the solution with the best possible user acceptance. They recommended internal onboarding strategies and valuable feedback about our system. After deployment; we found it easy to use, and the internal statistics gives us the ability to monitor the adoption process.
PROSIt solved our issue with having an affordable, and easily implementable platform for our internal communication. Acting as a social media platform, for event management and generally improving the social aspects of a work environment.
CONSBeing used to other platforms that follow a similar structure, you quickly compare features from one platform to another. It is clear that Ziik is still in development and from time to time some bugs pop up. However, in my experience, the Ziik team has been quick to respond to any tickets raised.
Reasons for switching to Ziik
The former was too clunky and required employees to go out of their way to interact with the system, as for teams; Ziik gives us the opportunity to have a split between the professional and social/casual aspects of the job.

An intuitive communication platform that helps us align internally
Before Ziik we just used email. Now we can reach and communicate so much faster. Also we have a centralized place for all communication.
PROSIt´s very intuitive to use Ziik. Everybody in our company from leadership, managers and employees uses Ziik and the Groups helps us quickly communicate and align with each other.
CONSI like everything. But in the future it would be great with 1-2 extra analytics functionalities.

Ziik at the Fleggaard Group
Overall, our summary is very positive. The preparation phase with the Ziik team was outstanding and so was the implementation. But also afterwards, the Ziik developers are very responsive to our optimization requests and get them put in their roadmap and executed when it makes sense for all parties.
PROSIt is easy and intuitive to use. The barrier to entry is very low and anyone can figure out how to use it. If you can figure out other SoMe platforms, you'll also find your way around Ziik.
CONSWe are quite happy with the software, although of course there are a few things we would like to see improved or developed such as a "share/repost" function for managers.
Reason for choosing Ziik
We considered a number of other players, but found that Ziik offered the best and most flexible communication platform.

A great all-around solution for any company.
Every aspect of it. There aren't many easy-to setup and use solutions that work for both small as well as big companies that allows consolidating communication and information sharing this well.
CONSWe experienced some scaling problems with the displays of our Samsung Fold users, but that seems to be solved at this point.

PROSI think it works well to create simple manuals and events. The chat is perfectly fine but could be improved..
CONSThe chat should be able to make it easier to tag a person in a group chat, and it should be easier to get a notification on the computer when someone writes in the chat. We do not use documents as it was very inconvenient that you cannot change the existing document. But have to save it and then upload it..

Very happy with the platform!
PROSEasy to update user manuals. Great for feed updates and chat.
CONSWish there was a checklist function. But Google forms works just as well.

Ziik is great! Everything in one place that easy to navigate.
Really easy to navigate and find what you're looking for - which is crucial in the tool where we have everything in one place. The overall experience of having all our information in the same place and that it is easy to find and share is 10/10. We really like the manuals/handbooks function and of course the chat as well.

We love Ziik
Intuitive to set up and use with fast customer service response when necessary. Easy to set up channels for clean top down spread of information.
