Great for beginners, really bad for an experienced user and I think there's almost no in between. Also, whenever there are any real issues that the community tries to discuss there is virtually no response from the team or some very "politically correct" answer that provides no insight. I think that is the biggest downfall of Iconomi and why it hasn't managed to grow in the last 7 years as much as it should have. You do not remove inactive strategies, you have no rules for poor performing strategies, which doesn't benefit the platform at all. The fact that there are strategies such as CARUS-AR (definitely not the only one) charging a fee while not outperforming BTC in the past 7 years is downright disgusting and I'd classify that as a scam. I haven't seen any effort from Iconomi's side to find fund managers with actual experience and track record to bring them onto the platform and I have no idea why. I think besides marketing this is the thing that has been keeping Iconomi back the most, because it drastically reduces investor confidence in the entire platform.

I think it's one of the best products on the market when it comes to ease of use for beginners, although it comes with higher fees than pretty much any CEX. In general I like the product, however there are some MAJOR flaws that aren't being addressed and haven't been addressed for a long time now.

Hidden fees. Horrendous community management which is one of the most important things in crypto and also probably one of the easiest ways to attract new users. Not removing strategies that are inactive or that don't outperform Bitcoin, ESPECIALLY the verified ones. There's literally verified strategies that have gone over a year of radio silence and no restructures and they still have the tag. Why the double standards? Why does a new strategy have to check all of the requirements while the older ones don't follow the same rules? And this has been going on for months, they had time to change how they operate and yet they are still listed and they still have verified tags. Listing new assets is way too slow, I understand there's a process behind it, but I don't see what the problem is with listing an asset that is on 3+ major exchanges. I haven't seen any assets being listed by Iconomi's initiative, it's always listed mostly months after the community has asked for it.

Fairly easy to use. It is possible to copy existing strategies and create your own strategy.

Quite cumbersome. menus need to munch time to find what I need.

Nice application for managing funds with multiple coins in them. Nice way to distribute the risk.

Ease of fund management. Graphs show first impression. Maybe the small amount of detail like performance indicators and co make it so nice to use. Not much to optimize for.

The Graphs in mobile browser version are not so useful.

You can get access to the platform quite fast and easy (standard KYC) and gain access to many strategies (ETF like but for crypto) it's features are limited but that also means beginners won't get overwhelmed

Fees for sending crypto from iconomi to other wallets. Also the way they treat early investors in the ICO and people part of the LUNA rugpull is not ideal
