Pros: easy to use, helpful videos, live/free trainings were excellent.

Overall Caspio is a great platform hands down. They offer a great service and is highly customizable and recommended for larger companies with a big budget.

There are lot of tutorials available with lot of troubleshooting page and customer care is the best part over here they are very friendly and responsive.

And the support is generally pretty good. Basic apps and workflows are pretty easy and intuitive.

My overall experience with Caspio has been excellent. In the past, I have used Caspio to build an integrated set of applications for a Statewide startup program.

It includes almost all features of a good database management system with sufficient security options. It also integrates well with other applications and existing business processes and data.

With the help of Czar Zurich Placente, we have been able to build this system in a few months with ease. Czar has been so unbelievably responsive and professional throughout the entire process.

The team assigned to manage our transition was caring, courteous and totally focused on a successful implementation of our project.

There should be a multiple check box feature, where the choices can be pulled from other fields. Also, the rules for conditions are very limited.

A huge pro is the variety of features and abilities that the software gives the developer. Similarly, the customer support and library of helpful resources is not lacking whatsoever.

The platform is inconsistent in implementation which slows the learning curve and frustrates development.

Offline functionality is a huge upset. It is problem where we have considered moving to other platforms.

In my opinion, there is no better cloud database product in the marketplace. Caspio is simply the best.

The reminder feature helps in getting tasks done before the reaching the deadlines. The integration feature helps in syncing the data from numerous cloud apps.

I love how you can develop apps using no coding at all. On top of that, if you want to customize further, you can use custom code to develop anything you want.

Its user interface made it simple to create and deploy powerful online applications. It was also an excellent platform for rapidly developing and publishing data-driven webpages and web applications.

But ok, bugs is for everyone, what really is unacceptable is the total lack of support and collaboration.

Impressive customer service on that front but not so much with testing of updates/patches.

For me learning how to use caspio was very easy but what I loved the most was the way it integrated with my website.

After setting up, modifying, implementing, and now maintaining the database I needed to build, I am very happy with this software even with the learning curve.

We liked the flexibility of this software to build out solutions in the way that met our custom needs. This transcended the capabilities of existing products in the marketplace for our needs.

Oh the customer service both on chat, email, and phone, is a cut above the rest. I don't know how Caspio manages to always be there for me.

His knowledge of every aspect of Caspio has been amazing.

Designing datapages is also quite easy and only requires a minimum of learning time.

Then if you ask to negotiate they are not available. Once you are tied up with them they not only deliver less value, but they are rigid and unavailable to collaborate.

There are a ton of training videos and documentation to walk you through using the software. I also love how changes are seamless and take place in real time.

Ultimately a large amount of time was spent figuring out how to cut out pages and combine features, killing user experience.

It has helped the organisation in improving its internal complaint handling processes and provides resolution statistics which are used in decision making.

The amazing thing about ServiceDesk is its ability to automatically provide the new employees with the new information they need.

They are ol' reliable and they get the job done. I'm happy to continue to use them.

The software is user friend and simplifies the help desk processes. It adheres to the best practice ITSM workflows.

There seems to be no application development to fix their shortcomings and flaws.

ServiceDesk Plus brought organization to the chaos that was our ticketing system.

The ability to try modules as we go was an add-on. Endless customization can be done on the software.

Some of the maintenance screens are hard to figure out.

Implementing and customizing ServiceDesk took over a year. Support is absolutely terrible, it's all based out of India so there is a timezone difference and a major language barrier.

Support is pretty good also but definitely not a TAC type support, but still good. Pretty much anything you need is on their website somewhere.

Very good ITSM software for a low price, alot of features that can be fully customizable, and easy to keep track of what everyone is doing due to an amazing dashboard.

It has certainly saved us time on monthly bookkeeping and made a life for our accountant easier. It is a great solution for medium-sized businesses.

Ticketing portion is great, but service desk has to be programmed properly (i.e. encoding holidays for the succeeding years).

Implementation and configuring was easy. Integration to AD to create user profiles.

Great solution to seamlessly manage tickets with reporting that is comprehensive.

The best of all is that this solution is built on ITIL standards meaning it takes care of all aspects of IT service management best practice.

It is really easy to use and understand with all the necessary plugins. The linking of documents is really easy with the bank statement import.

For some reason, there is no section with frequent questions, although this is very lacking.

Service Desk Plus is very easy to use and simple to install.

Ticket management is great. Integration with other instances of the app as well using the API to create IT helpdesk tickets automatically from our HR system.

Every time there is a remote session, it seems that engineers try to waste as much of your time as possible, just connect to you online and literally doing nothing.

Couple of problems I have seen is its inability to automatically discard spam.

It's the very best option to establish a customer service platform. It enables us to manage client requests and tickets with a lot of ease.

Some of the developer features are a bit lacking and hard to grasp.

ServiceDesk Plus is a help desk management platform. It includes core help desk and IT management applications, as well as project management, contract management and features for ITIL (information technology infrastructure library) compliance.


ServiceDesk Plus incorporates tools to help users establish process automation. It offers an automatic ticket dispatch function, which distributes new tickets to technicians based on their existing caseload and availability. This helps to manage staff workloads while minimizing the accumulation of unassigned tickets and the service degradations they can cause. Other tools include asset management, a knowledge base builder, project management functions and service level agreement management. 


Further automation is provided by the "business rules" feature included with ServiceDesk Plus.
