Our high school students and staff can now see real-time attendance for students during our Flex period. Teachers can assign varied flex learning sections based on the individual student's needs. Students can sign up for varied enrichment sections based on their interests. It is a win-win program!

Working with the implementation team at MFL was very easy. They provided all of the templates needed in order to set up daily SIS (student information system) exports. The team was very responsive and made sure our data was coming in correctly. The team also allowed me to work with their engineer in order to find a solution for our drop-two student schedule. I found MFL to be one of the most flexible SIS vendors I have worked with. I appreciated their willingness to find solutions that work for us!

I am not the end user of the product so I cannot speak to the day to day school use. I will say that developing a plug-in for PowerSchool districts would be a big benefit. I'll also add that MFL was very open to this suggestion and even met with me to see how a plug-in would be of benefit. I cannot say enough about my experience with MFL. I truly do not see any Cons from my viewpoint.

Working with MFL is a pleasure. The team is always excited to hear ideas on how to enhance the product based on customer needs, and very quickly responds to help requests. We have had several requests become enhancements in record time. The collaborative nature of MFL and their willingness to help districts grow using their product is invaluable.

MyFlexLearning is extremely easy to implement, navigate, and integrate with SIS. The user-friendly interface, coupled with intuitive navigation, make this software a breeze to work with. The product rolls itself out with very little training necessary. The short, clear, “how to” videos and on-the-ready support team help bolster a smooth implementation.

It's not often I can draw a blank, but truly, there are no pitfalls. I guess what I like the least is that the developers of this software haven't created more wonderful software like MFL. Is there a SIS in the future? Honestly, the easiest software I have used in my 18 years working in education.

It’s been pretty positive so far! I like the integration with Aspen, and it has been pretty easy to roll out with students.

How it does not sync with ASPEN and does not allow our student attendance to be completely accurate throughout the school day.

The scheduling of where students need to be for extra help has been great. The latest of 'locking' students into their classes based on grades received is terrific.

The familiarity of the developers with our SIS Aspen. Made imports\exports work seamlessly.

The message 'This room is already in use' when adding an additional teacher to a class is a bit confusing.

Easy to setup and the onboarding team was very supportative.

MyFlexLearning has been a great add to our High School. It is used daily for signups and scheduling. It has simplified the scheduling for our flex time classes.

Once the system was setup there were not any issues. We accidently changed some of our data on our staff table causing the update to remove admin users. Needed to call support to resolve the issue.

It integrated easily with our SIS. The support from MyFlexLearning was, and continues to be, outstanding. When you first start using software you inevitably run into snags you did not anticipate. They helped us to find solutions and even customized a few for us.

To get the full integration with the SIS you need to give them access to your SIS. Unavoidable (and worth it) but still a security risk to monitor.

The overall experience has been great.

MyFlexLearning allows our high school to schedule students with ease and create WIN block classes that are easy for students to select and manage. Students are able to schedule themselves into areas of the school that align with what they need the most help with.

The report function is not very useful. We need the ability to create more detailed reports.

I loved using myflex learning and think it made all the difference in being able to maintain high level of flex options for our school community. Had this software not been so easy to use, have such a high quality, and had a software team backing us up to meet our needs, implementation and adoption would have failed and we would have had to forego this wonderful program!

Not sure, maybe the ability to select and add more student rosters, not just my classes or entire school, ex, all students in fine arts classes.

MyFlexLearning is simple to use.

This software is easy to use for both teachers and students. Teachers have the ability to schedule students they need to see and lock them in for that day.

I wish there was a lock-all option feature to lock students into their schedule for the week. This would eliminate students switching classes the morning off and save time for the advisor.

MyFlexLearning is built by people that really want schools to have the flexibility to support student needs. Their support team is amazing and dedicated to helping you get set up and troubleshoot whenever you need.

The customer support is wonderful. Everyone I've worked with has been extremely responsive to our needs, to the point of including taking requests for software upgrades.

There are some features that seem basic, but that aren't there yet. I can't send a message to all of my students in a flex period, for example. And there is no way to upload a list of students to update "tags." I'd also like to be able to edit teacher permissions for specific actions, as opposed to an all or none approach.

MFL is easy to log into, which I like since we only use it once a week during advisory.

I would like to be able to click on a class/club and just drag it to a new meeting date and all of the students in that class are automatically dragged over with it too.

MFL has been super responsive and so helpful in fixing any it.

This softwares allows our 3200 students a way to be able to sign up for flex block with ease!

It seems like it was set up to be used best in a small school. Some of the functionality pieces we are missing as a large school are ID in.

MyFlexLearning has been extremely helpful for students and teachers.

I appreciate the student accessibility and ease of use with the app to change and view their own schedules.

Some students have difficulty understanding where to see their schedule for MyFlex. I wish is would show up on their student schedule each week
