A quick logout and login fixes the issue if there was one. No other issues in my experience.

A few drawbacks which make Shopventory difficult to use.

They have all been polite, helpful, and very polite (they don't make ya feel dumb for asking) as well as super quick to respond.

I don't really have to worry too much about inventory management. They keep all the information organized and easy to access.

We connect to Square and this system helps us know the Cost of Goods sold where Square lacks.

Don't really have any dislikes. If I have, they have made changes and updated to address my concerns.

I had a problem with SKU's last week, their tech support went in and helped me reset all my SKU's to something that was valid. No one stops until a problem is solved.

I LOVE Multiorders and would recommend it to anyone looking for a multi-channel e-commerce solution.

My biggest issues would be that you can only schedule full reimports of a sales channel once a day, which was frustrating on setup but once done it just works.

Sometimes synchronization stops working, orders remain undelivered, the delivery time of the order increases. Which affects the rating of my store.

Also, tech support via chat is very responsive and a huge help.

I love that I can create bundles with my inventory and track each individual item. I also love being able to track inventory across multiple selling platforms.

Great site to work on with a lot of features that are extremely helpful for ecommerce owners, very helpful staff who respond to requests right away.

We use this app not daily but hourly to print, review, fulfill and monitor every order that comes in. We just started using it for inventory as well and it seems to update seamlessly as well.

Since we only use the inventory management and pricing features I worry that the price will keep rising to a level that exceeds the value we receive for the limited features we actually use.
