Shocking. I never get support when I have a problem. I have had issues with PayPal connectivity and today no one can pay using their credit cards. It makes my business look unprofessional. I have lost customers

Too time consuming. You contact someone when you have an issue, it gets escalated then you never hear anything again. I hate it. As soon as I can I’m opting out. Even that is a nightmare because I have thousands of products and can’t easily transfer them. I will have to create another website from scratch.

I am satisfied with the ease of running the website. I can make changes on my own and implement everything according to my own ideas. The only downside is that I cannot connect popular Polish payments, e.g. PayU, Przelewy24, Blik

Just amazing. Never felt like I can't do anything with editing this website and if i do they are there to help.

What I loved most is the level of simplicity in editing any aspect of the site and the speed of implementation of those edits. and the customer support is like no other i have experienced. Very fast response and guide you to resolve the issue. Never had a problem with them, they are all amazing!

Nothing bad really, but It'd be nice to have more gradient colors for the background to make it less boxed and sharp. Probably integrate having images behind the entire website as a background If possible.

I can do anything fro videos and they have a lot of them. However, y eyes cannot keep ups with their speed. I wish they would allow the down a bi so I don;t have to play them 10 times to get the point.

First contact with the builder is very positive. Anyone can get going and set up a decent fully working homepage. System offers almost everything straight "out of the box" a business needs to compete in any market. The simple but limited "building blocks" makes it easy to add information. Some settings can be a bit fiddly to use, as it's not really WYSIIWYG, but more of a back end setting. Once mastered though, any implementation of information is easy archived. Compared to f.i. The system can be a bit visually limited, which can be particularly frustrating for designers designing for customers. Layout system lacks the flexibility that can differentiate a webpage from other sites in a competitive market. This on the other hand is also the strength of the builder, as none-designers safely can design something that is working just fine for their customers, just lacking that special touch.

i did a bit of shopping around before settling on site 123. i have recently taken my small builders company online and only needed a simple website, after using Wordpress, Grow and squarespace Site123 was by far the most straight forward. after choosing a template the website was more or less complete for what i needed the rest was very intuitive. the couple of questions i did have were answered almost immediately by a human. cannot recommend this site enough!

Believe me I have tested their patience.On the other hand there is plenty technical staff could do and make SITE123 stand out, Canva is a Company whom a lot can be learned from in that regard.All in all, this is my 4th year. my experience of SITE123 has been extremely good, and yes I would recommend them wholeheartedly

It has an amazing free plan feature which we can use as long as we want. It have easy to use interface. Any beginner can easily learn how to create and develop there own website from scratch using this tool. It have a huge range to pre-built templates which we can use easily. Also, it have great customer support!

In the starting it asks several question to us and it ends with a compulsory signup or login which I guess is not much appropriate as any newbie will not havr any idea like what exactly he/she needs to develop or create. Instead they should directly redirect to there dashboard and provide all this things over there in steps so we could get more idea while creating the website.

Generally I fell in love with the software and I took almost a whole year to teach myself from scratch about using the software. After mastering the software I then created a website for a client. The first mistake I did was not understanding that after I registered as an Expert, I did not link the website I was creating to my Expert account. When the client paid, I did not receive my commission that I was looking forward to receiving after my hard work. As a Newbie to Site123 I feel this was a minor mistake that was supposed to be forgiven. It was not like I did a major mistake that put the company into disrepute or something. I merely did not understand the concept of linking my client's website to my Expert Account. I love Site123 but i am deeply disappointed by this painful experience.

I has more features compared to other softwares I have come across. After learning to use it, it is very user-friendly and relatively easy.

The one main sore point is about the fact that Network marketing is not illegal in all or many countries. AMWAY is one of the bisgges network marketing company in the world based in the USA. However Site123 does not allow Legal product based Network marketing websites. To me that is sad because unless the network marketing programme is not an illegal pyramid scheme, it should be allowed. Otherwise the Site123 software is fine. I relayy did not find any cons.

Well, I have to say that there is no problem at all, at least in my opinion, but maybe if you can provide more raw space to the users, it would be better. The raw space means mostly the structures that the user can customize, and somehow have what he wants on the site.
