Sometimes it is difficult to talk to support through chat, ie. Trying to explain the problem, process etc.

Value for the price is great, I recommend this platform for call tracking.

I work in venture capital and use ActiveDemand for fund-raising purposes. I found it easy to use, customer service is excellent, and has all of the features that are important to me.

I find the experience to be almost universally annoying and very disjointed.

I wish there was more drag and drop options and video compatibility.

The support has been great, I love the ability to chat with experts whenever i'm having an issue and the response is prompt and the advice usually solves my issue.

The analytics are impressive and easy to understand.

I like that it is consistently being updated with new features.

I love how the email campaigns can be so easily set up with drag-and-drop ease.

Great Price, Great Product, Lots of Features That Can Be Confusing to Setup.

Overall experience has been positive. I like that it integrates with our CRM for distributing leads and I find the email/campaign builder easy to use.

Call tracking is inexpensive, intuitive and has a good reporting.

The customization is great. The forum builder is decent for those looking for a wordpress plugin.

The absolute best part of this product is the chat support. They will actually work with you all the way until a solution is made.

The capabilities of this software are amazing. It will grow as the company grows.

All of the functionality and the ability to build custom work-flows/campaigns. There are pre-built templates that have been very helpful and the support staff has been amazing.

Some of the videos are old and the software does not look the same now, so they are sometimes a bit confusing.

I find it hard to navigate the pages and set up the campaigns. When we had a full-time marketing person it  made it eaier because they did it.

Not extremely user friendly but a powerful tool.

The product has excellent features and capability.

It lacks functionality in some key areas, most notably: lacking an undo button, a clunky landing page builder, and no mainstream CRM integrations that I know of (i.e. Salesforce).

Customer Service and lead notifications. I like having the ability to see who's been on our website and what they were looking at.

I really struggled using many of it's features.

The features are complete and easy to understand. There are good integrations and sufficient APIs to allow for custom integrations if we wished.

I needed to decomission Pardot, and merge several other application and acquire new functionality to be responsive to our needs. Support was fantastic and got me running very fast.

So without sending a warning, they completely deleted my account in March. I lost 150 templates and I lost 100.000 GDPR contacts.

The user interface is very simple, almost boring, and some functions are not so easy to find.

It's probably the least expensive platform of its kind (though pricing varies a lot according to different setup options).

Up to today this has costed me 50.000. Not to speak about the huge amount of valuable contacts that I lost.

If you hesitate with their tool compare to other content marketing tool, you can try the starter pricing plan first for the beginning.

I implemented it for multiple companies. Good price, good quality.

The recreation of the templates will take about two weeks work. And the 100.000 contacts is pure money I lost.

Plans are various, and you can choose to save some money if you don't need to deliver your emails too fast.

I tried to contact them 10 times; and they complety ignored my emails, because they know that it's their fault. Deleting an account is part of their privacy policy.

Disappointed that the package didn't include SMS functionality and the contact import and configuration could be more streamlined and simplified.

The way they treat customers when something gets wrong.

I never received a warning and 5 days after the failed payment they deleted my account. It has been a year now and I'm still so angry.

And they are a pro mailing system, but their automatic warning emails or invoices were never sent. The least thing they could do is face their responsability and answer my emails.

I love the drag and drop editor. Designing emails is a breeze, and it's easy to get the look and feel along with the branding you want for each campaign.

I felt like it was very easy to automate emails and text messages for marketing purposes. You can also integrate it with other social media platforms.

Quickly setup(same day) helpful salesperson and good support via FAQs.
