CharityTracker is user friendly and intuitive. They software allows us to serve our clients and provide referrals effectively and with integrity.

Overall CharityTracker is a great tool for non-profits and I'd recommend the program to anyone who's looking to simplify the way that they keep track of participants, donors, etc.

Our overall experience has been great. The CharityTracker support team is awesome.

After I add a few more cases, the software will keep logging me out again. This has been very frustrating.

I would recommend this for anyone that would like to give and get help giving as well.

What I dislike about this software is that when their  is duplicate accounts it was a difficult process it combine the accounts.

This gives you quick demographic information and fast data that can be useful—a friendly resource to connect you to local grassroots work.

I like the customer support CharityTracker provides, we had some issues with processing some case files and they assisted promptly.

I love the usefulness for our organization that runs a food pantry and works with our community to better help those in need. We want to help people become independent and self-sufficient.

We were not able to keep names of disaster victims associated with the name of the disaster by which they were affected.

Charity Tracker makes client management simple for companies in the non profit sector. We have enjoyed lowering our overall costs with this tool.

I personally think it is a wonderful idea and I liked the barcode that you could scan now that helped with less time show people how to use the computer site.

One great thing is we can edit the patrons information easily. It connects with other like charity organizations in our area.

The ease of learning Charity Tracker was excellent. We could interface with other agencies to better monitor our clients.

They help generate great reports of everything and that is helpful for both keeping records and making presentations to the district representatives.

I love that it is easy to use. I love the referral feature probably the most because it allows you to request services on behalf of a client without ever having to leave the office, submit anything.

That is what I like most about this software. The reporting functionality is also pretty excellent.

The reports aren't instantaneous and take a little while to get back to you sometimes when you request them, which is a little bit of a pain.

It is difficult at times to maneuver around options that are available to you at times. You have to really explore everything.

CharityTracker is a pretty cool idea and is pretty easy to navigate. The idea behind this is great, especially for someone who is in the nonprofit industry.

From the trial version of Charity Tracker  I would say it is a great software to use if you are keeping track of incoming and outcoming of money.

I like the barcode scanner component, it makes it really easy to find clients. I also like the way it integrates with all of the other charities in the community and helps us coordinate.

One of the best benefits of this software is the ability to connect other service providers to a single client.

Identifying the most needy in our community. Avoiding those who would abuse the system.

What I like most is how easy it was to learn how to utilize. I appreciated the introductory video, as well as the customer support.

I love that it is user friendly. I love that it provides organization and streamlines communication in the community.

It is also disappointing that the local Trustee's office is no longer covering the cost of the software, which will lead to more agencies dropping it because they cannot afford to keep it.

We are just starting to use this less than a year but so far we are liking it because it is easy to use, very user friendly. It makes it really easy to track for clients, and donors.

I love how it can integrate with other organizations and document the Bridges out of Poverty data collections.

It’s confusing to use and also runs quite slowly.

Not so many companies will go the extra mile to save one from themselves especially after having failed to heed their explicit warnings.

HoudiniESQ cares about their customers and product and it shows. They have a great software program because they listen to their customers needs and respond to them.

Love the product, ease of use, ability to connect worldwide. Five stars but for customer service.

It was easy to learn and navigate the system, I especially like the multiple workspace and window features so I can perform multiple tasks at the same time. Integration with office is very good.

There are occasional problems with the way it integrates with Outlook and Quickbooks.

Overall it is a good product that has the capacity to overtake the market if it can stay affordable, increase security, and improve the ease of transitioning.

I trust that these issues can be fixed in future updates. But, all-in-all, I am very happy with this program and I think that it shows great promise.

It is also multi-faceted that you can do other things with it aside from billing. The fact you can not only track revenue but also store documents is great.

Overall it's a functional product and I love that it's free for solos. It could be more intuitive, my experiences with RocketMatter and Clio have been much better than Houdini in this regard.

Somewhat user friendly, but can be customized with help from support. Has potential to be great.

User interface and experience lacking - nuts and bolts are there.

The customer service is excellent and it is obvious that all employees and member care deeply about their service and product.

To me, five stars means it is perfect, and it will not be perfect until Frank tweaks a few more things pursuant to my suggestions.

Customer service is awesome, they are extremely patient and are usually quite knowledgeable about the in and outs of the software.

I especially like the work automation function, the ability to integrate other software like Quickbooks.

I have been using HoudiniESQ for several months now and I LOVE it. I opened my own firm quickly and needed case management software that had a fast setup and was user friendly.

It never worked properly, so we after investing time and resources, we had to abandon it. It didn't sync properly with GSuite and Quickbooks.

Price; customer support; fairly easy to add new matters and add time to events. I like that is is fairly compatible with Quickbooks.

The extraordinary thing about this program is that it is comprehensive and user friendly, so much so that even baby boomers can figure it out without having to call a help desk in India.

The price is on the lower end, although better companies are now competitive price-wise.

It has all of TimeMatters features and a whole lot more. And the best thing of all, it is FREE for solos like myself.

HoudiniEsq has the best and most responsive technical support I have ever encountered with any program or platform.

I couldn't figure anything out. It was all very unfamiliar - the layout, workflow, and terminology all felt cumbersome and confusing.

We tried to use this but were constantly on phone with tech support. When we pointed out deficiencies it was met with a angry responses.

The billing functions are outstanding and offer all the functionality and customization one could hope for.
