Fantastic tool for Whatsapp Business integrations

my get.chat experience has been by far been wonderful. The product has given me a flawless experience by allowing me to seamlessly integrate WhatsApp Business account with other products and also allows me to use the same WhatsApp Business account with my colleagues simultaneously across multiple devices to ensure faster delivery of customer care services to our customers.

PROS

It allows me to send bulk WhatsApp messages which is very useful especially when sending messages to leads and customers. The system interface is intuitive and user-friendly and the dashboard is well organized making it an easy to use product for anyone without necessarily having any technical skills. With get.chat, me and my colleagues can access the same WhatsApp Business account from multiple devices simultaneously. It has an open API and plugins that allows integration of Whatsapp Business account with other products like Google Sheets. This is useful since it makes it easy to share files created in the Google Sheets directly to involved parties through WhatsApp Business. It also allow integration of Whatsapp Business account with Google Drive and thus it is easy to share files stored in the Drive directly through WhatsApp Business.

CONS

I dislike nothing about this product. The entire system of get.cht is simple to understand and the interface is very user-friendly.

Overall experience what i feel is good. Need some more changes in the application

PROS

get chat is a chatting platform. where we chat with our closed one. We can create a group and have fun sharing the stickers, emojis'...and lots more. Its a startup app which will compete against WhatsApp. Overall the usage is good.

CONS

It is a competitor of whatsapp. Still needs to improve in the appearance, somemore new feactures need to be added..

a user friendly chatbot

having the free plan and the mobile app, a must try tool and the easiest to use in all the available chatbots.

PROS

getchat has a free plan, this plan is a great asset as the user can familiarize with how the tool works before making a decision of subscribing to the payment plan. also the mobile app of the tool has great compatibility wit many gadgets making the accessibility awesome.

CONS

getchat comes with a lot of great features although some hitches on the free plan, the plan only got the basic features which do not give enough insights of the tool before actual purchase of the tool.
