  • Pros

  • The staff at BlueVolt is amazing at answering questions quickly and collaborating to design your university to best suit your use.
  • I enjoy the collaboration with the team. They are helpful and efficient and care about providing great service to Sphere 1.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes we found that it doesn't play as nicely with Captivate as it does with Articulate, but it doesn't keep us from being able to post both kinds of courses online.
  • I wish that when I ask for a year's worth of data, that the system could handle it. I usually get a time out error and it's a little frustrating.

  • Having the ability to engage the field through triggered activities, create community structures and house resources in a digital library has been extremely beneficial to the success of our field.
  • Simple, ease of use for on-boarding & training. An excellent platform to quickly educate new employees & sales representatives.
  • Cons

  • No classroom/face to face training functionality currently - workarounds possible but it would be preferred to have this included.
  • Honestly, I hate that I didn't discover Rallyware sooner.
