Been a great journey with INE and have been renewing my subscription for 3 years now. Have to admit, have learnt so much from INE platform.

Training material is easy to understand, and easy to search and access

I subscribed for premium+ and spent over $1000 AUD. I started my journey on the eJPT and received my certification after 4 months of hard study. Working toward eCPPTv2 and eCPTXv2 (now randomly removed) and I am receiving 0 support when I am emailing, I have sent about 5 emails over 3 weeks with 0 response. I am terribly dissapointed with INE and feel I have wasted a fair bit of $$$.

eJPT was a great course and I really enjoyed the quality content.

The worst customer service I have come across. It feels you have taken my money and forgot about your customers..

This has been the most engaging learning site for me yet. I've try most of the competition site and INE has the edge on the real world know how to advance you to the next level.

Course instructors are well picked and easy to understand.The verify of training content can give a good value for the dollar.

The virtualization labs are sticky sometimes and they would time out n about an hour, which isn't an issue for most of the labs. Alterative were given for the virtualization labs to allow for longer term engagement with a more robust lab environment.

Having labs for ACI would be very helpful.

The quality of the "learning paths" varies greatly. Learning paths are made up of different courses, but the courses are not necessarily made with the learning paths in mind (from my experience, it seems very few are). This has resulted in learning paths that contain courses whom relevance to the path is questionable. The content is of the course is still very good, but not a good fit for the path. For example, the CCNA 200-301 learning path includes an 18-hour course of Wireshark. This is at the very least overkill. Wireshark is very briefly mentioned in the official certification guide of CCNA. The contents of said course are tailored towards the Wireshark Certified Network Analyst certification, not CCNA. Will the contents of the course help towards obtaining a CCNA certification? Pretty likely. Can time be used more efficiently by specifically focusing on what the CCNA requires and not taking an 18-hour into a Wireshark deep dive? No doubt.I am going to stick to specific courses and pretty much ignore the learning paths.

Since the merger of INE and Elearnsecurity, the number of courses and certifications available has hit a good balance of the cost and quality. There is a commitment to continuously upgrade the certifications.

Labs in the older training programs seem to be inconsistent in their availability especially during late weekends (Sat to Sunday)

The course content is so extensive and well visited. I'd invest my entire salary to keep the subscription of this platform. I'm currently consuming PTS and preparing for eJPT. The content has grown addictive on me.

In the beginning when I bought the subscription, I'd a bit of trouble with lectures not playing for first 1st week. It suddenly got fixed on its own I don't know how and their support team was pretty active and trying to help me out so for that I appreciate the team but that 1st week was a bit frustrating because of the video player problem.

the website is quite slow in loading, mostly when it comes to labs. Furthermore, sometimes the instructor does not deliver words loudly, he's hard to hear

The fact that we cannot pay a monthly subscription to access all the materials. The only option is annual subscription which is quite expensive

The benefit I get from using INE is enhanced professional development through knowledge and skill while also working towards industry certifications. The aim is to improve my marketability when applying for future job roles in the IT and cyber job space.

I like the smooth user interface via the web browser. The layout is easy to use and navigate. The range of training on offer is broad as it is extensive covering a wide range of topics and subject matter across the cyber and IT domains. The instruction provided via the on-demand video content is presented to a high standard by instructors who are both engaging and knowledgeable. Through INE certification there are dedicated pathways which work towards achieving your aims with industry recognised accreditation.

There is very little to criticise. INE could add some additional features to validate knowledge and understanding through more labs or skills tests in between sections, but this is only very minor.

I appreciate the possibility for self paced learning by the topic that is relevant for my job.

The teachers are experts and what they cover is relevant for my day to day work. Navigating the vast content of the INE course library is made as easy is as possible considering the amount of subjects.

The price BUT its worth it evey penny. Highly recommended. Also i get overwhelmed by the amount of courses i could use a coach or trainer.

I like the fact that their courses are easy to follow along and the instructors take a step by step approach in making it look easier and also have a virtual lab where we can do assignments as well as get solutions to tasks.

I haven't seen that what I don't like yet.

INE has helped me with a large number of certifications.

The depth of the course material and it's quality.

It doesn't always have the course you're looking for. Or the course is a minor aspect of a course that's a different subject.

The thing I like the most about INE is their course materials, learning paths and the labs. And their support is also great.

A small portion of the course material is outdated.

Learning is a key part of cybersecuirty and INE is one of the best place to learn and get hand's on expericne, on real life experience , their videos and labs are guided way through which we can learn and grow and stand out in this growing cyber world.

They should have some challenges by which we can judge what we have learn, they have labs but they are same as the learning but nothing new, so they should provided such labs where we cna enhance our learning and creative skills.

Ease of use(eg: learning path) and teaching methodology is great with quality and integrity.

In the learning path, nothing really disturb me. It's more about the price of premium annual subcribtion which doesn't exist at month. Moreover, premium content isnt sell with some certs (ecppt,etc...)

The UI/UX is really great. And overall this path is a good introduction to begin in pentest. Maybe too much foc

Some modules are redundant. Example, for the privilege escalation modules, the recon, exploit phases are always done before each privesc techniques.Or we already seen theses in the previous modules. So i skipped the first half of each video about the privesc.

The training material is great and the instructors really break down the course content which becomes easier to learn a specific topic

The search feature could be a bit better

It's pretty good, but sometimes the there's to much info to read/hear with no examples

The labs are the best part, you can do them whenever you want and if you get stuck there's a guide

Tests, those are probably not too usefull, I mean, I want just to do it fast so I can move on to the lab

not all courses are there in INE. few courses need to be improved as they were few years old and nowadays noone uses that version.

A lot of courses available through INE learn subscription. A lot of topics are available, from network to cybersecurity

Some of the contents and tools used are obsolete or deprecated. Some stuff are at least 10 years old
