Pros
- I love that there is an option to build our own modules, access free ones from the marketplace, and the customer support is amazing.
- The support team worked with us and it is working a lot better now. We like the accessibility of support and the customization options for the content in the courses and academies.
Cons
- Pages are so often the same from page to page that I get lost. Trying to see which courses have been completed by which employees for example, is not intuitive.
- The timing of classes are not always accurate as Niche Academy provides services all over the world, sometimes time zones are a factor. In addition glitches are a ongoing struggle at times.
Pros
- What I liked most about this software is that it is perfect for flipped classroom lessons to have students view and access the material.
- It's easy to see student progress and grades. Using folders and all of the different content options, it is very easy to organize the content so that students can navigate it easily.
Cons
- The only thing I find negative with this software is not able to communicate back to the web base designer.
- The only negative about this software is the fact it does not add higher education anymore. The has caused me not to use it as often as I use to.
