Great product, great value, great customer service
The Training Arcade has been easy to work with, available when I have questions, and provides great customer service. We've done a number of projects with a client of mine and they have always been happy with the results.
PROSThe platform is very intuitive, and just about everything I might need is already set up. All the development work is done - I just have to input my content.
CONSIt's actually great for what we use it for.
Reason for choosing The Training Arcade
No lead time, as the platform was already set up and running. Much cheaper than developing something internally.

Fun, engaging learning games with detailed analytics
The analytics provided let's know know that learning is occurring - even if it is in a fun and engaging platform. "Win" for the instructional designer and a "win" for the learner.
CONSThere needs to be improvement in accessibility of the published games, that is complying with Americans with Disabilities Act.

The Training Arcade customer service is excellent. I receive responses almost immediately to my inquiries. If someone is out of the office, they clearly list an alternative support contact in their out of office message.
PROSThe variety of games that The Training Arcade offers is more than enough to meet our needs.

General Experience
Overall, good experience and is a way forward for our organization to incorporate gaming into our educational activities. Definitely for live face-to-face events and self-play. Still working out strategy for live virtual.
PROSThe ease of gaming features in setup and deployment.
CONSTrialed our first live virtual gaming using jeopardy for approximately 40 participants. Went well overall. Biggest challenge is that when you start game, cannot let new players into the game. Some commented it was difficult as they logged into webinar a few minutes after game already started so they were frustrated.

Perfect for additional education touches
This is a great tool, we are really jazzed about it!
PROSWe have been able to engage with new users that wouldn't have engaged with our content in the past. We have been able to use this platform in a variety of ways outside of education.
CONSTranslation offerings are a little slim and require a lot of manual entry.

Great option for driving interaction and showing ROI
My overall experience with The Training Arcade is positive. I think they have developed a great product that is fun and is a favored part of our virtual training classes.
PROSI like that it is fun, engages learners and it is easy to customize.
CONSI've had some issues with product updates causing issues and the help desk response time wasn't quick. I made a PowerPoint backup game for my class because I wasn't sure I'd have Jeopardy working well in time for the class.

Easy and efficient
I have used The Training Arcade for real time, virtual interaction with a large audience (50) and it was a success. I have been greatly and timely supported by TTA Team. I use it with confidence and ease.
PROSUsing The Training Arcade is simple. What I like is the variety of interactions, how easy it is to create a game, to publish it and the reporting functions.
CONSI'd like to see more games! I'd like to organize my games into different folders.

Far more easy to use.

Intuitive and Impactful!
The platform is extremely user-friendly for designing great, professional looking training. The data and metrics are impactful to how we manage additional training to improve performance across our team.
CONSI honestly don’t see any cons for what we have been using it for. It’s a great service!

Excellent Learning Tool
So far it's been great. The customer service is excellent and they do regular check ins with me. So far I am extremely happy.
PROSI really strive to make learning fun for my trainees. I love that this incorporates games into the learning experience. So far it's a huge hit at my Credit Union.
CONSI wish there were other functions available so I wouldn't have to use other platforms to create some of the games. But it wouldn't keep me from renewing.

The ease of having templates and the ability to upload the SCORM packages to our LMS.

Make Learning Fun with The Training Arcade
The product has allowed staff and association members have fun learning in a virtual environment.
PROSBeing able to customize the questions and answers is fantastic. It allows you to create virtually any teaching module and make it a game. I used only the Trivia game but it worked fantastic. The competitive component you can create is wonderful, too. The product is very easy to use.
CONSThe only issue I had was having people lose connection during the game and not being able to add them back. Seems like there should be a memory function that would allow the administrator to stop the game and add someone back into it.

The Training Arcade looked very professional and was easy to use. Price seems a little steep.

Love the software

CONSThe arcade user guide is not ready yet. It would have been much easier with a user guide
