Some features are difficult to implement without guidance from CGS. When setting up any new functionality, identifying all the underlying tables and links can be cumbersome.

Great allocation engine with plenty of options for allocating sales orders with inventory and WIP.

Once setup, programs are easy to use and integrate into your business model. Users, after training, have very few issues.

The ERP is great and the integration with the business is perfect. If you are a manufacturing company, this system will cover all the process since the PLM to the B2C.

It is nearly impossible to decipher 860 change notices when sent via Mi9 and authorized and sent to the vendor via EDI. We nearly always request that they generate a new PO.

We use several modules including ERP, PLM, Retail EDI, BI, EDI 3PL, as well as integrations with Retail and soon E-commerce systems.

What I most like is how Bluecherry can support a retail business. The PLM functions, CSC and other integrations are the differentials for this system.

The ease of use, ability to configure and wide range of features make it a very extensible and scalable solution. It's a perfect solution for small to mid-size or start-up companies.

Tricorn is the most suited off the shelf software package to suit our needs. Its functionality is excellent and we are starting to improve our organisation with the system.

A massive reduction in time spent preparing documents, also less errors as the system pulls everything trough from quote to invoice.

Easy to use, it has good links to other modules within the Tricorn system. Good features for traceability.

Ease of use ,trace-ability of jobs and how all the different processes can be linked to a job is excellent.

Great tools to generate reports. Good process flow through jobs.

The system is easily navigable and provides clear & useful traceability through the lifecycle. The green arrow links are particularly useful.

If your business is manufacturing and you need control over your operations from quote stage to invoicing then look no further.

Really dislike the way there is no MRP module. This really need to be developed to bring the system to another level.

Traceability of materials and Sub-contract processes are of a great benefit. Emailing strait from Tricorn our quotes, orders and invoices saves so much time.

The functionality of the software is very in depth gives great scope for doing all functions of resource and production planning.

The software is easy to use and the interface is very intuitive. Customer support is second to none.

Find the support team very helpful when then can actually assist when it isn't a query regarding development of the whole system.

Constrained to standard data base layout - no ability to add additional fields or dropdowns.

Difficult to pick a downside on the core software.

When doing our end of month stocktake all the costs for materials are at the click of a button. All material certs are easy to retrieve for customers who require full release certification.

BlueCherry assists users with planning, design and product development, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics and sales functions. The shop floor control module provides production and workflow information, identifies problems and suggests potential solutions to workflow issues. Users can track each order through the factory, identify bottlenecks and address quality issues.


Other features include order-to-cash management, financial management, purchasing and receiving, production and import management, predictive and actual costing, reporting features and business intelligence tools.
