Amazing Product.

CargoSnap has assisted us to give time stamps on unloading times, to be able to explain and help our customers understand the length of time the tasks we are completing for them take. On top of this a live constant feed of damages, and when work is completed. It really has made a significant difference and will continue to as we utilise this platform even more.

PROS

The integration we have managed to utilise with this product in to our daily business has made a significant difference. From unloading trailers, to loading containers, it is instant and all on one platform. Without the need for downloading memory cards from cameras. The offline ability to still be able to continue using the app throughout entirety of Workflow is up there with the best features due to how soon as connected back to Wi-Fi or mobile data instantly uploads.

CONS

There is not a single operation of the software which I class as a negative. Staff and especially the staff using this in our warehouses find it easy to use, and no need to be running back and forth with cameras for checking.

CargoSnap is 'the time saver for dummies'!

A lot of time has been saved by using CargoSnap due to the live connection between the app user and the dashboard user. As a result, business processes can be handled faster and therefore multiple business processes can be handled in the same time compared to before. Processing orders from A to Z has been simplified and made digital.

PROS

The software is easy to implement in existing business processes. Besides, the software is easy to understand and therefore easy to teach to employees. It is easy to adapt to your own business processes. Creating specialized workflows is very effective for our business processes.

CONS

The files are easily created on the dashboard due to the live connections between the mobile app and the dashboard. However, this is not always an easy task to do. Many clicks are needed to adjust files and/or orders, which is time consuming. On the other hand, opening and closing files with 'the lock' function is very effective. We hope that turning on and off the button of sharing parts/pictures that are included in a report will get easier. Also we hope that moving parts from one file to another can also be facilitated easier.

Copacol review

The beginning of the configuration we found a little complex until we were able to understand the logic of the configuration, but after understanding it was very practical, we are very happy with its use.

What I like the most is its easily use that allow almost anybody work with it without problems.

Perhaps I would be happier with CargoSnap if it let reopen files from mobile devices in order to complete or modify then.

Good Product

We have integrated the CargoSnap data with our ERP system thru API's provided by CargoSnap and it is giving real time data to us for tracking our containers and trucks moving around.

PROS

It will ease the tracking of our containers real time thru workflow management.

CONS

Nothing to say about not like about CargoSnap.
