CargoSnap has assisted us to give time stamps on unloading times, to be able to explain and help our customers understand the length of time the tasks we are completing for them take. On top of this a live constant feed of damages, and when work is completed. It really has made a significant difference and will continue to as we utilise this platform even more.

The integration we have managed to utilise with this product in to our daily business has made a significant difference. From unloading trailers, to loading containers, it is instant and all on one platform. Without the need for downloading memory cards from cameras. The offline ability to still be able to continue using the app throughout entirety of Workflow is up there with the best features due to how soon as connected back to Wi-Fi or mobile data instantly uploads.

There is not a single operation of the software which I class as a negative. Staff and especially the staff using this in our warehouses find it easy to use, and no need to be running back and forth with cameras for checking.

A lot of time has been saved by using CargoSnap due to the live connection between the app user and the dashboard user. As a result, business processes can be handled faster and therefore multiple business processes can be handled in the same time compared to before. Processing orders from A to Z has been simplified and made digital.

The software is easy to implement in existing business processes. Besides, the software is easy to understand and therefore easy to teach to employees. It is easy to adapt to your own business processes. Creating specialized workflows is very effective for our business processes.

The files are easily created on the dashboard due to the live connections between the mobile app and the dashboard. However, this is not always an easy task to do. Many clicks are needed to adjust files and/or orders, which is time consuming. On the other hand, opening and closing files with 'the lock' function is very effective. We hope that turning on and off the button of sharing parts/pictures that are included in a report will get easier. Also we hope that moving parts from one file to another can also be facilitated easier.

The beginning of the configuration we found a little complex until we were able to understand the logic of the configuration, but after understanding it was very practical, we are very happy with its use.

Very intelligent system, easy, agile and practical to use.

Difficulty/delay without support. System could generate reports of incomplete processes.

What I like the most is its easily use that allow almost anybody work with it without problems.

Perhaps I would be happier with CargoSnap if it let reopen files from mobile devices in order to complete or modify then.

We have integrated the CargoSnap data with our ERP system thru API's provided by CargoSnap and it is giving real time data to us for tracking our containers and trucks moving around.

It will ease the tracking of our containers real time thru workflow management.

Nothing to say about not like about CargoSnap.

Process of insurance claims due to damaged cargo is the key here in the use of Cargo Snap. Using the program correctly and efficiently has saved $$$ for sure!

We always had issues storing and and having process with pictures only.. Cargo Snap takes care of that with ease and allows us to have a process regarding providing information to customer as well as most importantly protecting our company against Claims!

There are not many cons that come to mind. At the moment we are extremely content with the use of Cargo Snap.

Somos una empresa joven, aún no contamos con procesos estandarizados y formalizados con el personal. Con la implementación de CargoSnap pudimos establecer un proceso específico para cada maniobra gestionada en el almacén y a la vez se colocaron controles para evitar desviaciones en los flujos del proceso. Así que se implementó un proceso de manera estándar y con sus respectivas validaciones.

Probablemente que están empleando términos que no resultan tan exactos por ser directamente una traducción del inglés. Eso resta un poco lo intuitivo que puede ser CargoSnap pero no afecta realmente. Otra ára de oportunidad es un tablero que desglose el cumplimiento de los procesos cargados y de los principales daños documentados a través de la aplicación.

Se pudo adaptar en gran parte a los procesos actuales de la empresa y facilitar la obtención de evidencias digitalizadas

Lo ideal es que los snaps que se encuentren dentro de formularios también se puedan descargar como ZIP y poder personalizar el formato de reporte para envío a clientes

Geen opmerkingen, voor ons werkt CargoSnap zoals het moet werken, als er problemen zijn met de software is er contact met de klantenservice en het probleem gaat opgelost worden. Het systeem en de App zijn zeer stabiel ,we gebruiken CargoSnap nu een aantal jaren en de eerlijkheid gebied te zeggen dat we zelden problemen met het systeem.

Before, I was receiving all trucking information by e-mails and on paper, very old fashion and messy. This way is much more neat and more green and on point. I can also easily see an overview over what each driver has done over specific time

It is an easy and quick access to keep and eye on container movements, seeing exiting and incoming times and dates and where they go, and it doesn't matter where I'm located

Can't search for a file if I only have a part of the files number. It is possible if I have the beginning of the number but not if it is somewhere in the middle.

O sistema é excelente, só tivemos alguns contratempos este ano principalmente, deixou de funcionar um recurso de leitura de código de barras, isso nos causou um impacto operacional, recebemos suporte para um novo método de leitura e estamos em processo de adequar a nossa ferramenta para o novo método proposto e resolver esta questão.

La posibilidad de adaptar los requerimientos de las inspecciones a las necesidades del usuario y el poder disponer de un repositorio documental digitalizado hace de esta aplicación una herramienta indispensable en las expediciones.

El entorno en general es sencillo y configurable por parte del usuario excepto la programación de API's que requieren algo más de conocimientos. Esta parte es en la que menos soporte se ha obtenido.
