Though now largely adequately functional, the identification and development of interfaces to external systems was both confusing and time-consuming.

Standard product is comprehensive and is able to take care of a lot of business requirements.

The good thing about Infor ERP is that it is not as pricey as SAP and can pretty much compete with SAP in terms of functionalities.

Cloud Option: it is important to have a cloud option for customers. Integration: ION integrations with BOD(xml) and API are a groundbreaking Tool for communicating with other software.

Best one go for it no doubt such a successful softer ware in the market.

I liked the user friendly features of Infor LN. Being a totally new user, I was able to adapt to it very quickly.

Ease of use, complete ERP solutions , easy modules and session, customisation.

Our internal processes are now stronger such as delivery note, production order, invoicing process. Inventory system, cost estimation, human and material ressources planification.

Infor LN has been great as I am able to generate immediate reports.

The implementation with a local distributor in Thailand has been painful. Project managers change frequently, any type of customization is idfficult.

After using it for a bit more of time I found it easy to use and it responded quickly when releasing assets.

Ease of use - Met requirements that we had in moving from Baan - The implementation was very smooth.

I've been using BAAN/LN for a decade, coming from SAP, and has been a hard walk.

We are satisfied with all the report output we get. They have also worked with us with regard to good pricing breaks and customer support is excellent when we need help or fix on the software.

The most we missed was the more complex EDI module and the lack of advanced workflows within the standard.

This ERP can be a great asset to a company if it is set up right. A lot of flexibility for customization and the very vast list of features.

The user experience is the best i've ever seen.

LN is a very good fit for companies operating in multiple countries and in my different industries.

If your business process does not follow the LN system exactly, it is a struggle. The system is difficult to adjust or modify to suit your specific needs.

The pre-sales engagement with Infor was good, particularly with getting to grips with the underlying business strategies to be supported through new systems.

The clean way that the information appear in the homepage of the system.

We are able to integrate third party software by using BOD messages and adding business logic with Extensibility.

System is very customisable, additional functionalities could be fast implemented, programming adjustments is very easy.

This software is user friendly and doesn't take much training before you can get started. And also automatic bank feed is a very useful feature for us.

Was very difficult to maneuver the software. Way too many steps to print a check and the checks were not complete.

Wrote numerous emails to the helpline id websales@sage.com , but still no response till date as if emails are to a dead account.

Also unable to print receipts for payments on multiple invoices is really annoying.

First of all i had no accounting software, no quoting and invoicing software.

I love the fact that the product integrates with other products such as payroll.

Great value for money for a very efficient Accounting solution.

Ease of use and integration with payroll, also the tax/vat compliance make this software a winner.

The overall experience is definitely good and it's worth every penny if one can afford it.

Hard to use, software crashes when exporting large reports.

Remarkable time of learning on the go,  I love the innovative way sage 50 approach business management.

The ability to integrate with other Sage solutions was great. We had some other 3rd party solutions which needed to be integrated and the ISV already had integration points available.

The add-on modules adds value to the software. The Accountant's easy access to assist Clients is a wonderful feature.

When i took over the payroll, I was amazed how easy it was using Sage. It has saved me a lot of time and money and made me more confident.

Then I asked can you send me the report, the answer was YOU CAN PAY FOR A MONTH AND THEN CANCEL.

Horrible experience, hard to use, does not integrate, way over priced.

Everything is taken care of and the support team are amazing. It's also simple to grant access to your Accountant, who can then do whatever that need to when it's your year end etc.

Easy-to-use, mobile device friendly, set was easy, cost effective.

But when we subscribe Cloud service it's so much secure and easy. Our all data is fully secure on the sage cloud.

Sage Business Cloud accounting is the ideal solution for any growing small business. You have all the information available to you on your cellphone if you so require.

The overall cost and pay-as-you-go customer service aspect were both negative aspects.

Reporting and accounting functions are good and easy to understand.

It is a software that has several very useful applications and presents several excellent features. It also has a user-friendly interface and easy to use.

Software has regular updates after which you always have to log back in so don't forget your user ID and password because it can be a pain.

The ability to keep all my financial information in the cloud is extremely useful.

Definitely the way for the future just love to work on this platform. All new clients advised to use Sage Business Cloud Accounting.

Unable to adapt reports. Entering payments is a clunky problem as you can't batch in a list of payments you need to keep clicking on payment receipt.

Customer support is excellent with knowledgeable and helpful staff. Attractive screens and easy to understand.

I love the ease of use of this software. Nothing complicated about maneuvering through to find reports I need.

We use Sage Accounting for management reporting and it works perfect and always reliable and gives us a great understandable charts/graphics.

I lost my money on this product and would advice everyone to be cautious while dealing with this fraud company.

I guess Sage is Not the same ,we are sourcing for Alternative. We have no choice ,this is to Danger.
