Though now largely adequately functional, the identification and development of interfaces to external systems was both confusing and time-consuming.

Standard product is comprehensive and is able to take care of a lot of business requirements.

The good thing about Infor ERP is that it is not as pricey as SAP and can pretty much compete with SAP in terms of functionalities.

Cloud Option: it is important to have a cloud option for customers. Integration: ION integrations with BOD(xml) and API are a groundbreaking Tool for communicating with other software.

Best one go for it no doubt such a successful softer ware in the market.

I liked the user friendly features of Infor LN. Being a totally new user, I was able to adapt to it very quickly.

Ease of use, complete ERP solutions , easy modules and session, customisation.

Our internal processes are now stronger such as delivery note, production order, invoicing process. Inventory system, cost estimation, human and material ressources planification.

Infor LN has been great as I am able to generate immediate reports.

The implementation with a local distributor in Thailand has been painful. Project managers change frequently, any type of customization is idfficult.

After using it for a bit more of time I found it easy to use and it responded quickly when releasing assets.

I've been using BAAN/LN for a decade, coming from SAP, and has been a hard walk.

The most we missed was the more complex EDI module and the lack of advanced workflows within the standard.

This ERP can be a great asset to a company if it is set up right. A lot of flexibility for customization and the very vast list of features.

If your business process does not follow the LN system exactly, it is a struggle. The system is difficult to adjust or modify to suit your specific needs.

Its own reports will not balance to its exports, items will come up missing. Importing data is near useless.

Good Software to track inventory and material moves. I have been moving lots of material from warehouse to production line and this software is very easy and user friendly.

The best feature to this software is the ability to know exactly how much stock you have along with when the stock will expire.

It is a bit difficult to muddle through at the beginning, I would suggest paying extra to have them set it up.

Unfortunately our company is too small at the moment but do plan on using them in the future.

Very easy to navigate, tech support is very quick to help and get any issues resolved quickly. Easy to incorporate bar code later on if you choose to use bar coding to help with tracking.

In wasp Inventory Control Reporting system is awesome.

Works great to creat customized product labels integrates barcodes or qr codes for inventry systems.

No field for landed costs on POs. Only one type of order available (no transfer or custom orders.) Serial auto creation is flawed, opens the door to duplicates in inventory.

There is a lack of customer service and training unless you purchase additional training hours.

It was hard getting the software up and running.

User should be very disciplined in entering the data and avoid mistakes.

It was difficult to get the printer labels to align properly. The software was also a bit confusing.

Poor customer service, while I received one phone call, I never received a demonstration despite repeatedly trying.

Your quarterly inventory is just that simple as scan and go. The reporting features are immense and easy to use.

Completely unprofessional, offering me to split invoices and re-sell equipment for products i wasnt able to use since the day i got it.

The software does not offer deep customization. The report side of Wasp is very difficult to utilize.

This solution was easy to follow and implement with some guidance from the solution trainers. System was up and running in a few hours time and took a few weeks to align with the business processes.

Hard copy bar code labels default does not include lot number description when tracking of multiple lots is required.

Importing and exporting to/from excel files is  very helpful as it is easy to share the list of items with others. Vendor is very helpful in selecting the right product for our company.
