From first contact to implementing the system the process was very smooth and the contact persons are very helpful and friendly! The system is very easy to use and we keep on finding new cool things we like :-)

It is very user friendly and the support is definatelly one of the best I know. We alway have one person to talk to and to get trainings from. She helps us in every situation (even if we have to get the same training more than once). The system is very easy to setup und to use for our workers. They can access mLean from the computer or iPad and even smartphone. We now have the overview on every audit performed and every action which is required and even have a simple tool for improvment ideas. The system keeps on getting new cool functions and the supports reacts quickly on feature suggestions and errors or bug reports.

Some of the build in reports are nte suitable for us so you have to build your own dashboards and you don't get a basic Power BI files to start your journey.

I have been using Mlean since 2018 and I can honestly say it has changed my working life for the better. I have seen first hand how much Mlean has grown and improved and I feel it has pushed me to improve with it. There isn't a working day I don't use Mlean as a system and love how as a company they don't just stand still but look to improve

I like how easy Mlean is to use, in the past we used a SAP based product that was not very user friendly. Every App looks the same and is very standardised. The system is very easy to train out to my team and the updates keep improving each time. I also love how easy it is to customise it is for my companies needs. The support staff are great and are always very helpful, knowledgeable and quick to answer any of my questions.

The only cons i can think about is that we as a company don't have the full package to use all the different Apps available.

We were one of the first plants in Antolin to install these applications and since years now, I can see lots of improvements, they are always up to date with new features, and everything is going smoothly! I am thankful to work with a competitive team like [sensitive content hidden]...MLean!

First of all, I like the adaptability of the system. Since we implemented the first application, everything that we suggested it was rapidly available and running. Every ticket is responded in minutes, and time to time support team contacts us to check if there are some new needs that they can help with! Great system and applications, very good availability, it is usable on the field and dashboard, and all data is always fast processed.

There is nothing to be mentioned really. Great apps, great team!

We've had an excellent experience with mlean at our plant. Management has been impressed with the product. We are delighted to have opted for mlean products and look forward to working with melan on a daily basis.

Collect and analyse large period of data is complicated. We have several year of utilisation and it's not friendly to manage this amount of data.

mlean is a friendly tool from interface perspective - easy to understand the logic of the tool and functionality. Not having the capability to be linked with other application it is difficult to be maintain update - it is time consuming to register all information and because of this is recommended to be used for routines not as a tracker of defects, reasons of defects or corrective actions detected / implemented. Very good for the ability to provide needed view to different management level due to high flexibility in filtering and sorting the data.

Flexibility in sorting data and getting results based on multiple criteria.

The time consuming process of tool setup - limitation in automatic upload of the data or, at least mass upload of require information in a given template ( structure, people, standards,..) for easy setup. Time consuming action /alarms introduction - is good to have scanning opportunity for standard fields completion. Is a god tool to use for analyses but time consuming tool to setup and work with on daily basis in order to keep it update.

Para aquellas organizaciones que no tengan implantado modelos lean (auditorías, gestión de acciones, resolución de problemas, estándares,...) resulta práctico al tener estos módulos integrados.

Se producen demasiadas modificaciones a lo largo del tiempo lo que dificulta el aprendizaje o manejo. La implantación de diferentes versiones no está contrastada; se generan fallos imprevistos. La petición de mejoras o adaptaciones es lenta o, a veces, no se atiende

De momento, con el año y medio que llevamos trabajando con mLean, tengo una experiencia positiva, ya que nos ha proporcionado ayuda para mejorar sistemáticas internas y la plataforma me ha parecido intuitiva.

El amplio abanico de posibilidades que ofrece para la mejora continua y la constantes actualizaciones que tiene, añadiendo aún más valor al SW. Para toda empresa que esté interesada en dicho ámbito y/o en la implementación o mantenimiento de metodologías Lean Manufacturing, tener un software que pueda ofrecer versatilidad y un soporte idóneo es crucial. Además, cabe destacar que el soporte técnico es rápido, atento y amable.

Ciertos bugs puntuales surgidos justo después de algunas actualizaciones, aunque cabe destacar que tan pronto como dichos bugs son reportados, el equipo técnico hace lo posible por resolver la incidencia lo antes posible. Nada critico a destacar.

La flexibilidad que te ofrece la plataforma, que puedes centralizar demasiada información y conectarla para que resulten cosas automaticas, es intuitiva y amigable.

Que las apps solo estan disponibles en la tienda de apple store, ademas que en la app te da ciertas opciones que en la web no.

I have enjoyed using mlean. Prior to mlean we were using giant spreadsheets that could become overwhelming. Mlean has helped us to clean that up and make things easier to find, view, change and just come up in the technological world.

I like how mlean and its various areas are all connected. It takes a lot of what would be repetitive work away. I also like its real time capabilities and at the click of a button things can be changed.

There are some minor dislikes with mlean such as being able to put things in a particular order, can't see a flow chart in the approvals to know where in the process something has stopped and not having the capability to just notify someone of a visual standard submission and/or approval without giving them more abilities.

mLean help us for the daily improvement in manufacturing area with several tools available

It is really easy to work with mLean and you could never forget the action due to the notifications. There are several tools that can guide us to the daily improvement and in my opinion one of the powerful tool is the Problem Solving.

I don't like tools I haven't learned to use yet

A veces es poco flexible y las adaptaciones son inviables por precio.

Muy positiva. El rol de la Sales Manager en primera instancia y el rol de la Project Manager ha sido excelente en el modo de entender nuestras caracteristicas y buscar las mejores soluciones y adaptaciones del sistema. Siempre abiertas a ofrecer todo lo necesario, sin barreras. Han ofrecido servicios complementarios sin extra coste. Excelente colaboracion y soporte.

El origen de la compañia, eso ha marcado la vision y desarrollo de las diferentes modulos, aplicaciones y funcionalidad del producto. El equipo de personas. La disposicion. La vision de seguir creciendo y ofrecer mas soluciones. La escucha y adaptacion a las necesidades de los clientes. Enfoque practico.

Debido a su origen (fortaleza) tiene algunos modulos muy particulares al sector de automocion. Si quieren que se pueda aplicar a otros sectores deberan hacer algunas adaptaciones a como se realizan las operaciones en distintos sectores, como por ejemplo Farmaceutico o Gran Consumo.
