QEdge is user friendly application, all useful functions reduce the manual transactions. Access of required data through ease search function. High level security of data.
PROSInterface is very attractive and application is having user friendly functions. Reporting system is very useful to present the data.

Compliance to international regulatory norms
Excellent in terms of regulatory compliance for example 21 cfr part 11, EU, MHRA, Brazil etc. It gives great comfort to regulatory auditors in terms of compliance.

I have used Qedge software for change control, deviation, Investigation, CAPA & Training
Earlier we have manual process for logging and tracking QMS &Training which we have eliminate all paper kind of work and use this electronic software with all features. we have saved paper, man power, time and easily/timely get the comments from CFT team.
PROSOverall product is easy to understand & good to work with. The software is easily understandable, we can have all features of our requirement & regulatory requirement respect to 21 CFR & Annex 11 for EU. There is no major concern and issue with using this product as i am regular user for this product. it is having feature to integrate the same with other business softwares so that we can configure and fetch the data from other software & take the benefit and avoid rework.
CONSI appreciate all the features of this product and i am using this software on daily basis for 2-3 hours a day with no major concern. It can also integrate with other software for other business uses and benefits.

It met our user requirement what we discussed with the client/vendor, during discussion we build up strong trust/satisfaction from vendor, the vendor complies with all the requirement from vendor qualification.

Ease of entry and access quality data at fingertip with realiability
It is easy to demonstrate any quality record or training sheet to the auditors by using QEdge. List we can print directly. Paperwork reduced to the most extent and reliability is increased by presenting software record with audit trial.
PROSQEdge software has very beautiful layout with ease of entry in each section. Audit trial function is useful for regulatory audits. Training software is fantastic and really has reduced paperwork.
CONSSome features need to be integrated with other softwares like SAP or LIMS, otherwise it suffice the requirement to the most extent.
