Earlier we have manual process for logging and tracking QMS &Training which we have eliminate all paper kind of work and use this electronic software with all features. we have saved paper, man power, time and easily/timely get the comments from CFT team.

Overall product is easy to understand & good to work with. The software is easily understandable, we can have all features of our requirement & regulatory requirement respect to 21 CFR & Annex 11 for EU. There is no major concern and issue with using this product as i am regular user for this product. it is having feature to integrate the same with other business softwares so that we can configure and fetch the data from other software & take the benefit and avoid rework.

I appreciate all the features of this product and i am using this software on daily basis for 2-3 hours a day with no major concern. It can also integrate with other software for other business uses and benefits.

It is easy to demonstrate any quality record or training sheet to the auditors by using QEdge. List we can print directly. Paperwork reduced to the most extent and reliability is increased by presenting software record with audit trial.

QEdge software has very beautiful layout with ease of entry in each section. Audit trial function is useful for regulatory audits. Training software is fantastic and really has reduced paperwork.

Some features need to be integrated with other softwares like SAP or LIMS, otherwise it suffice the requirement to the most extent.

This software is profile based and not user-based, this will help not stop organization if any employee absence

Think of changing the profile without logout, standard graphical outputs from the system. Need to think of dashboard with graphical instead of lines like pending, completed, in-process, ongoing, stage-wise. This will help users no need to count the records at their stage

- Ability to customize the software without impacting the validation status. - Software is profile based and anyone with the same profile can work on the task irrespective of who the task is assigned to.

- As the software is profile based, there is no ready reference for the individual who logs in to the software to find out how many tasks are assigned to him / her. Although this information can be obtained by filtering the log, it would be easy for user if the information is available on the dash board.
