Easy to use software with a lot of options
It's an easy to use tool with many functionalities for building complex questionnaires. We use al the options, survey; panel & community. It is easy to integrate and in your own look & feel. A lot of different types of questions you can use in the survey. And the helpdesk is friendly.
PROSGood helpdesk, make the survey in your own look & feel, a lot of different questionnaire types.
CONSIn some toolings you can also prepere the data, for example calculated the promotors & detractors and add it as an extra output column in your data. Reporting in the tooling is not so fancy.

Good overall experience
It's an easy to use tool with many functionalities for building complex questionnaires. It's a multi-use platfrom where survey, panelmanagement en communitybuilding is integrated. The tooling can easily be used by a large amount of users within one organization.
CONSThe Communityplatform needs some more advanced functionalities in order to be aligned with the competition. The survey tooling could use some more well-thought UX questioning technology. Like first-click, eyetracking, better heatmap output, etcetera. The Paneltooling could use some more functionalities to have better tailor made insights into the composition of your panel.

Toegankelijk softwarepakket met veel mogelijkheden
Ik werk al bijna vijftien jaar met de surveysoftware van MWM2/Crowdtech. Het pakket is gebruiksvriendelijk en omvangrijk. Je kan veel type vragen programmeren en de mogelijkheden voor het toekennen van voorwaarden zijn omvangrijk. In tegenstelling tot andere pakketten is het in deze tool mogelijk om ook zeer complexe vragenlijsten te programmeren. Ook is het mogelijk om beeld- en/of videomateriaal te uploaden.
CONSEr zijn natuurlijk altijd verbeteringen mogelijk. Hier is gelukkig ook aandacht voor. Het gaat dan om kleine aanpassingen. Als ik een nadeel moet noemen voor toekomstige gebruikers dan is dat de volgende: helaas is een vragenlijst alleen per vraag te programmeren. Er is (nog) geen functionaliteit om een complete vragenlijst (word) te uploaden (en aan te passen).

Crowdtech is full of options but very easy to use - just great survey software!
we use Crowdtech for all our critical surveys such as Net Promotor Score which is an KPI for all the employees in our company. Great software with great support at a excellent price.
PROSall the options you would ever want for your survey software and questionnaires, but so easy to use and at a great price!
CONSsometimes Crowdtech implements updates and more functions, but nog always at the better if you have used the software for years and years

Creatieve onderzoeksmethodes
De simpelheid van het opzetten van een kwalitatieve en creatieve survey. De opties zijn eindeloos. Als je hulp nodig hebt dan is de service super.
CONSEr zouden meer demo's beschikbaar moeten zijn voor de gebruikers. Op die manier kan je beter gebruik maken van templates.

Great platform. You can experience that the platform is built with the insights from market researchers!
PROSUser friendly despits a wide range of market research features (e.g. mobile surveys, online communities, research panels, etc.)
CONSI would like to have an easy integration with 'other channels' as well. Like whatsapp, social, online chat, etc.
