Easy to curate and use, very effective. It may need some refinement.
I've been a customer twice at two different companies. I will likely repeat again in the future. Amazing sales and customer success teams.
PROSEasy implementation, always with their help. Love how easy it is to create competitor profiles and battlecards for sales, with different layouts and an easy to navigate structure. Extremely easy to use for sales, content consumption is completely independent, and with SSO it's very easy to make it accessible to new hires, which are probably the most critical subset of employees to use the tool. Definitely more intuitive and self-explanatory than their competitors I've seen directly. Love the option to embed content from external sources.
CONSThe editor is okay, it serves the purpose and has different formatting options, but it lacks some functionality to be totally flexible and limitless. Tables used to be challenging years ago, but it's getting better. Also more and deeper out-of-the-box metrics would be nice for admins to assess the impact without depending on customer success.
Reason for choosing Klue
Much better usability for both users and admins/curators, much better sales team and customer service, and better value for price overall.
